Not sure what Max said that got him banned, but the general consensus seems to be that there wasn't anything overtly worthy of a warning.

And I can empathize a little. Only a little though because I've never been as thoroughly beaten as Max has!!!

Yeah it sucks to have to walk a thin line like that. Frankly I wouldn't do it any different than Max has unless I was very egregiously violating some sort rule constantly. I don't think he does really but unfortunately I'm not in charge here!
