What's your opinion of sexual/non-physical infidelity ?

What is your definition of "infidelity"?
If I ask you to rate from 1-10 on three scenarios:
a. Your SO have an "non-physical infidelity" with someone else. eg. texting, or calling with sexual language, or expressing love feelings.
b. Your SO kissed someone else and he/she was not forced to do so.
c. Your SO has a sexual relationship with someone else.
Rating scale:
1. Whatever,I don't care

5. unacceptable, we need to have a serious talk.

10. It is over, I am going to kill you.

Had this convo with my wife a while back and she feels the same way about the emotional vs physical cheating. She could possibly forgive physically cheating but emotional cheating she couldn't handle.
