Did you watch?
For a show on a non premium cable channel, I thought it was very good. I never read the comic, so I don't know how it compares, but I'll be watching every Sunday. pisses me off that I don't get AMC in HD though.

wasn't Alexandria supposed to be a good place?
This will be interesting to see as a few characters in the show aren't in the comics or are dead by this point so I can see a purging of a few characters as this Alexandria thing goes along.
THAT'S the episode I wanna see!!!!
2. Surrender your weapons. "From my cold dead hands"
2. Deanna: "I was a Congress person" Holy S**t, I'll take my chances with the zombies. First impression, she scares me more than The Governor.
Daryl: "I brought dinner" & .
Looks like Carl might be finally getting a girlfriend.
Still not sure what the letter "J" on the pistol grip of the gun Rick stashed means, but at least it can be IDed when it reappears.
Looks to me like the rest of the season might be pretty boring. Basically, I'm sensing some stupidity that goes contrary to survival in a zombie apocalypse.
Other group: "This is a gun-free zone."
Rick's group: "OK."
Maybe to stop walkers they should just put up some "this is a walker-free zone" signs.
Possibly with a hint of, "Good, you're skeptical too, and want to see what's actually around these walls."

Have you seen Boondock Saints 2?
The naked shower scene?
Remember all the signs "Wolves not far" and such around Noah's old community that was wiped out? Well let's take a look at that sketchy girls comic book:
Oh look at that.
Then there were other hints that may or may not be actual signs snuck in by the writers of the show. People tend to read into way too much on this show but who knows:
There has to be some kind of connection between this town and the wolves that are going around wiping out entire communities. My theory is that they were allies at one point which is how the town stayed protected all this time. Perhaps that alliance was broken when they exiled a couple members of the wolves from the town (which she mentioned doing to two guys) and sought out Rick's group for protection for when the wolves come back. My guess is the season finale will be an epic battle.

If the writers are smart (and we already know the answer to that), they wouldn't kill him off at all. In the final episode, I'd have everyone killed off EXCEPT Daryl. I would write a fight-of-your-life scene with more walkers than we have ever seen and have Daryl try to save as many people from the group as he can, but in the end, he can't save anyone. Not even Judith. He barely makes it out alive and on his way into the woods, looks back once at the carnage and says "I guess I was the only zen one", smiles a sexy smile at the camera, and then disappears into the woods.
I could live with that.
