I did both meals in the slow cooker. Smilie Everything I've done in the past two weeks has been done that way. I don't know how I lived without this thing. laugh out loud

With the MI real estate market we'd be okay coming home to ashes as long as someone saved the pets. Roll

How long are you away from it without checking on the food? I have been leaving about 7am, which is when the last of my kids leave for school and the first isn't home until just after 3. I'm afraid to leave it that long.

I would be crushed if something happened to my pain in the ass cat. Aside from that, let it burn!

I've left mine for that long several times. My mom used to leave hers all day (when she still cooked laugh out loud) when she went to work.

Have you cooked anything from that 365 blog? I tried 7 different recipes and they were either gross or really bland. I don't know how she got someone to publish her recipe book. laugh out loud

Awww... that sucks! Ours partners up with like 10 other libraries so, if the closest one doesn't have what you want, you can request it online from another library and they'll transfer it to the one nearest you. It's awesome.

We spent most of the day (Well from 12:30 on) hiking at Fall Creek Falls. We went and saw the Dam first but the rest of it was spent hiking. The kids loved it and now Elizabeth is conked out. Christian probably will be soon I hope. On the drive back (it's about an hour and a half) Christian got all pukey feeling but nothing came of it woot It's amazing pretty out there though. When it's warmer we hike up there to go swimming in the falls but it was way too cold (the water) to do today.

Here's a picture near the top. There are a lot of trees but you can see the huge swinging bridge we walked across on the bottom right. Second one about halfway to the top and there was a break in the trees and I could take a picture, lol and one of Patrick and the kids being weird.

Sounds like a great time! I've never been there. Not too fond of swinging bridges though. laugh out loud Glad Christian didn't get sick!
