I haven't been able to give blood in years. Y'all know how passionate I am about doing it and it ticks me off (at myself) cause my iron is always too low. I'll choke down a box of raisins for weeks before hand, drink Orange Juice, eat crap I hate (including raisins which are one of the most disgusting foods ever but are super high in iron) and take iron pills. They take it from a finger in both hands cause they said sometimes the one arm can be higher (well huh) but it's always too low. I'm always holding my breath waiting for the iron result to come back and then they always look at me and shake their heads. Blah.

Good morning hug

I wish I could donate blood. Heck, I'm even on the bone marrow donor registry. Mad I can't done now that they found that I have a genetic blood clotting disorder with a history of clots Sadwalk Between that and being on anticoagulants the would rather infuse pea soup than my blood Weeping If I am not mistaken, I can't even donate my organs after I die unless it is to science.

just got a 1/4 of my hair straightened for work and I realize it's starting to work less and less and the farking straightener turned off Ranting

now I have 20 minutes to finish getting ready and it's raining Frown

Mine quit yesterday. Just wouldn't heat up. I bought a new one on Amazon last night.



Yeah...I put out my living room area rug yesterday across the patio table to air out. I get up this morning and it's raining. Facepalm
