It's really surprising that we women don't just smack them sometimes.
We are in desperate need of a new bedspread/comforter emsemble. The dog chewed a hole in his old one and mine from my old house doesn't match. Sadly R painted the bedroom before we were a couple and the color can best be described as khaki green. Not my first choice but I hate painting so we're going to have to just deal. So on Sunday we have absolutely nothing to do and I say lets go to the mall and see if we can find a new comforter. And he says no- you just buy something. Not thinking this is a good idea I question, "What if I buy something all girlie and floral and you hate it?"
And this is the part where I think about strangling him when he says, "In case you haven't noticed all I really do in there is sleep. In the dark. With my eyes closed."
If I gave that answer it would be b/c I honestly felt that way... although there is at least one other thing I do in the bedroom besides sleep...

BTW, have you thought about putting up some nice wall paper?
