I was just eating my one slice for the day and it tastes funny. I looked at it and it was moldy!! vomit

I bought it 2 days ago! Ranting This is right up their with spoiled milk in your cereal Mad

Which teaches you the lesson about freezing what you don't use right away and only keeping what you need out in the fridge - although I hate doing that with bread - I only do so when we have an absolutely horrible impending snow storm on the way - just so I don't get caught short - as there was one year where it took 3 to 4 days before stores opened up and people could replenish simply things as milk and bread Frown

When I buy gluten free bread (although mine is flax not rice) I always put it in the freezer right away and then each night before bedtime my wife always takes 2 slices for my sandwich the next day and puts them in the fridge. Works like a charm and the bread lasts damn near forever!

I don't have celiac but yes, I am wheat sensitive. The gastro doc called it "non celiac gluten sensitivity"
