Use my pizza dough recipe, add any pizza sauce and whatever toppings you like. I usually throw turkey pepperoni on it and some mozzarella cheese.

I find that the dough turns out better when it is round, as opposed to rectangle.

I just made Gorgonzola Bowtie Pasta with Mushrooms...it was great. I don't have access to that or the General Tso recipe, but I will get it tomorrow.

I am so happy I made extra, and it is going to get torn up at lunchtime tomorrow...

This recipe kicks butt and is good to make for large crowds.

Ingredients:
1/2 Lb Bacon Slices
3 Lbs Lean Ground Beef
3 Cups Chopped Onion
1 Cup Chopped Celery
2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
2/3 Cups Boiling Water
1 1/2 Cloves Garlic
1 1/2 Cups Ketchup
3 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard
1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
2 29oz Cans of Bushes Molasses Baked Beans

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. In a dutch oven or large oven safe roasting pan, fry bacon until very crispy; drain on paper towels and set aside. Discard bacon grease from pan. In the same pan, cook ground beef, onion and celery; stirring and breaking up beef into small pieces until meat is brown and onion is tender. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Add Bouillon and remaining ingredients, except cooked bacon, to meat mixture and stir.

Cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove from the oven, crumble reserved bacon over chuck wagon and serve.

Lux,
We are all coming to your house for a meal. You have all the recipes, I hope you can cook too.
I'll have to post my Italian grandmothers sauce recipe (and meatballs too). I just have to dig it out.

Yeah I like to cook. It is a creative outlet for me. Plus I like to eat. That is the key.

Would love a good sauce and meatball recipe. I usually just buy it at the store and doctor it up until I like it.

Tomato Sauce

1 large onion + 15 shakes of garlic powder (brown in a little oil)

2 28 oz cans of crushed tomatoes
(fill each with water and add to sauce)

2 6 oz cans tomato paste
(fill each can 3 times with water and add to sauce)

1 or 2 cans tomato sauce (optional)

1 can tomato puree or whole tomatoe (optional)

Add (Since this was never actually written down, everything is couted in shakes)

Oregano 12
Parsley 12
Basil 12
Red Pepper 2 to 5 depending on taste
Salt 4
Pepper 8
Garlic Powder 2

Mix all ingredients in a large sauce pot. Bring to a boil on medium-high. Reduce heat to just under medium and simmer about to 1 hour uncovered. Then cook 2 to 2 hours covered.
You can add your meatballs (see meatball recipe) for the last 2 2 hours. Sausage can also be added (any type you like). Just boild the sausage first and cut into small 2 to 3 in pieces and add to mix.

Meatballs (To go with Tomato Sauce recipe)

2 lbs hamburger or meatloaf mix
(meatloaf mix is more moist I believe it is beef, pork, and veal)

1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

4 eggs

20 shakes of salt

20 shakes of pepper

to 1 cup water (add and add more if necessary while mixing to keep moist)

Mix all ingredients together (by hand no utelsils) in a mixing bowl.

Cover bottom of skillet (I use cast iron) with oil and heat on medium.

While oil is heating, make the meatballs. Take a hand full of mixture and compress into an oval shape about the size of your palm. (For those of you with bigger or smaller hands, make then about 2 in by 3 in). These should not be round, but more oval and flattened on the top and bottom.
Pat each meatball with a little water and place in the hot oil. Fry them until almost burnt (this helps with the consistency).
When cooled, add them to your sauce for the last 2 2 hours and let the sauce soak in.

Chicken and Potatoes

In an electric frying pan, brown boneless chicken breasts lightly in a little oil. Add a few shakes each of salt, pepper, parsley, onion, and garlic. Add 1 small can of tomatoe sauce and a little water (so it wont stick). Cook for about 15 minutes. Add a couple of potatoes (cubed) and cover. Cook about 1- 1 hours. Add water as necessary to keep it moist.
Makes a great meal with a loaf fresh bread.

I am waiting for the General Tso recipe. yummy

Although, with my cooking skills, may be safer just to order from the local Chinese place.
