Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) who are 13 years old and older and My Coke Rewards ("MCR") members at the time of entry.

Timing: The Instant Win Game will begin January 4, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), and end February 15, 2011 at 11:59 a.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). For purposes of this Instant Win Game a week is defined as starting on a Tuesday and ending the following Monday, except the last week which will start on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 and end on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 (a "Week") and a day is defined as starting at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET the same calendar day (a "Day"). Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Instant Win Game.

How to Enter:

a. Spend MCR Points: During the Promotion Period, visit www.mycokerewards.com and log in to your MCR Account ("Account") if you already have one. If you are not already an MCR member, follow the onscreen directions to become one (See paragraph 6 for details on becoming a My Coke Rewards member). Click on The Big Game Instant Win link and follow the links and instructions to debit your Account by 3 MCR points. You will automatically receive 1 Instant Win Game play. You will automatically advance to the Instant Win Game Page where you will be instantly notified if you are a potential winner of 1 of the Instant Win Game prizes.

b. Purchase Coke Zero and Kraft products: During the Promotion Period obtain a unique MCR code under the product cap or located on the product packaging of any participating Coke Zero product ("MCR Code"), and a UPC code from 1 of the following Kraft products: Ritz Original 16oz., Ritz Original 12 oz., Wheat Thins Original 10 oz., Wheat Thins Reduced Fat 9 oz., or other participating Nabisco cracker products listed at www.mycokerewards.com/win "Promotional Code". Then visit www.mycokerewards.com/win and log in to your Account and follow the directions to enter the MCR Code and Promotional Code to receive 1 Instant Win Game play and advance to the Instant Win Game Page where you will be instantly notified if you are a potential winner of 1 of the Instant Win Game prizes.

c. Alternate Method of Entry: During the Promotion Period, go to rule 5b, click on the link and follow the instructions to play the Instant Win Game. You will automatically receive 1 Instant Win Game play and advance to the Instant Win Game Page where you will be instantly notified if you are a potential winner of 1 of the Instant Win Game prizes.

For All Methods of Entry: Limit: Each participant may play a total of 2 times per day by any method or combination of methods during the Promotion Period.

Instant Win Game Prize Selection and Verification of Potential Winners: All selected potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and all winnings are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Instant Win Game and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Instant Win Game. There will be 1,081 random, computer-generated winning times during the Promotion Period. For the Grand prize there will be 1 random, computer-generated winning time per Week during the Promotion Period. For the First prize there will be 1 random, computer-generated winning time per Day during the Promotion Period. For the Second prize there will be 1 random, computer-generated winning time per hour during the Promotion Period. If you are the first player to play the Instant Win Game at or after one of the randomly-generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated. Each potential Grand and First prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to sign and return to Administrator, within 5 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release in order to claim his/her prize and fulfill any such other requirements as determined by Administrator. If any potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (when applicable) within the required time period, he/she forfeits prize. If any potential winner cannot be contacted or if prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. In the event that a potential winner of any prize is disqualified for any reason, Administrator will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. There will be 3 alternate drawings, if time permits, after which the applicable prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8 to 10 weeks after the conclusion of the Instant Win Game.

Prizes: 6 GRAND PRIZES (1 per Week): A 3D HDTV. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $2,200. The ARV is subject to prize fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. 43 FIRST PRIZES (1 per Day): Coke Zero, Ritz and Wheat Thins for a year. Prize will be awarded as 52 coupons for a free 24-pack of Coke Zero, 52 coupons for a free package of Ritz Crackers (12.25 oz – 16 oz) and 52 coupons for a free package of Wheat Thins (12.5 oz – 16 oz). ARV: $690.04. 1,032 SECOND PRIZES (1 per hour): $50 Visa gift card. Terms and conditions apply. ARV: $50. For all prizes: Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Prizes consist of only those items specifically described as part of the prize. No substitution, exchange or transfer of prize by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value. Odds of winning an Instant Win Game Prize depend on the number of prizes available divided by the number of eligible Instant Win Game plays. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $81,271.72.
