Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

So, I hope it catches on !

So pop a beer and pull up a chair and relax !

Not that I'm bragging or anything, but I was able to access it on my brand new iPhone - gift from hubby. Sure was cool to be able to do that!

Hey, I heard that!! We're having real warm temps here lately - upper 30's. We're in a major heat wave. I'll take some below freezing weather definitely!! Just blow it up my way - please. Please
Wow! Thats rough. With all the changes in the weather patterns its going to start making it rough. I know a lot of islands in Alaska and Wash state have a lot of problems with the rising waters

We're having mid 30's to low 40's this week too. Supposed to get cold & snow again next week. Can I just send it your way & bypass Colorado altogether?

Send it all our way - we need colder temps and snow to replace the mass amounts that have already melted with this warm trend.

Also, having to chain up to go down our mountain tends to be a bit of an inconvenience - make me have to get up earlier in the morning - UGH!

By the way, what part of Colorado are you from? My in-laws are in the Arvada, Westminster and surrounding areas. Was just there in June for their reunion. Fortunately it wasn't too hot - some cloud coverage helped me out bunches!!

I am in Fort Collins, northern Colorado. Arvada & Westminster are about 75 miles south of me. Love it here! I actually prefer the cooler weather over the hot. It's usually pretty pleasant here, even in the summer. Occasionally have days where it's high 90's....so I just stay inside!

I finally got to go to Ft. Collins - been wanting to see the Budweiser Clydesdales there for some time. Only got to see them in their stalls though. I have a brother-in-law in Greeley and man, does it ever get hot there!! I'm best off with temps in the 70's and low 80's max.

Time to hit the hay - will try to be back tomorrow...nite all...

No, I haven't heard from him either. Hope all is well.
Think we lost some folks during the day & late at night once the holidays were over & they went back to work.
I need to get some sleep myself. With the snow/ice/cold temps I am driving my girls to school (at 7am!)l for the time being. When it's nice, they ride their bikes.
Hope to chat with you tomorrow.
Nighty-night.

I'm with you....perfect temp is mid to high 70's.
Think Greeley gets so hot because it's so far east of the mountains, and sits out there on the flat plains just soaking up the sun & heat.
Big meat packing plant there too, so it doesn't always smell so nice either. I've only been there twice in the almost 25 years I've been in Colorado.
G'night
