Tomorrow is 1-11-11...now what???

is tomorrow going to be a big day for weddings? is anyone doing anything exciting? this is only going to happen once in our lifetime, prepare yourselves. i know its not as exciting as 11-11-11 but this will have to hold us over till then.

i say get married on a day which people can remember such as sept 11, or april 4th when martin king jr died. that way when someone forgets your anniversary they are also forgetting the significance of that day other than your wedding. then they'll feel bad and buy you an uber cool gift.

see if you need to say the date + what it is, then it's not important enough for it to matter in this regard for me - since im sure that there is some sort of event on every single day already, but just the few dates that I know without needing to look up, those are the ones that I would avoid

I think they are more likely to remember the date for the reason besides the one involving me, I think I would prefer them to remember something relating to me then to receive some make-up present.. forgetting and then giving a (late) present doesn't seem to work very well with the ladies either
