ELIGIBILITY: Only qualified legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are smokers 21 years of age or older are eligible to participate. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Marlboro Snus Challenge Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on 2/14/11 and continues through 11:59:59 PM ET on 4/10/11 (the "Promotional Period").
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS: To participate in the Sweepstakes, you must be a registered user at www.marlboro.com. If you are not a registered user, go to www.marlboro.com and follow the instructions to register. The Sweepstakes consists of eight weekly prize drawings and one Grand Prize drawing. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "week" begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on Monday and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Sunday. Five (5) questions will be posted at www.marlboro.com each Monday at the beginning of each week during the Promotional Period. Follow the instructions to submit your answers for entry into the Sweepstakes. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the weekly prize drawing and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing when you submit your answers to the five questions posted each week. Your answers need not be correct to receive an entry; however, answers to all five questions must be submitted to receive an entry. Limit one entry per person per week. Entries will not be rolled over to subsequent weekly prize drawings.
WEEKLY PRIZE DRAWINGS: A random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received for each week throughout the Promotional Period. All drawings will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a weekly prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received each week. Weekly prize drawings will be conducted within 24 to 72 hours following each weekly entry deadline. For information on weekly prizes see Rule #6.
GRAND PRIZE DRAWINGS: A random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotional Period. Odds of winning a Grand Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. For information on Grand Prizes, see Rule #6.
PRIZES, QUANTITIES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:
Grand Prize (200): A Ranch Trip-Each Grand Prize consists of a 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to a Ranch in the western United States in 2011 and includes round-trip coach air transportation from winner's and traveling companion's nearest commercial airport, Ranch accommodations (one room, double occupancy), meals while at the Ranch, Ranch activities and a check for the winner in the amount of $750.00. Each prize has an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $4,560.00. All travelers must possess required travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID) prior to departure. All travelers must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival at the Ranch. Winner must agree to depart and return on dates specified by Presenter and attend the ranch location specified by Presenter. If winner cannot travel on the dates specified, trip may be forfeited. Traveling companion of Ranch trip prizewinner will not be permitted to travel without winner. In the event winner does not travel to the Ranch, that portion of the prize (including both the winner's and traveling companion's airline tickets) will be forfeited and airline tickets cancelled. A valid, unexpired driver's license may be required to be eligible to participate in certain activities at the Ranch.

The maximum total approximate retail value of all 365,220 prizes available to be won is $6,398,614.00. Presenter reserves the right to provide a cash alternative or to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. No transfer or substitution of prize by winner permitted. Presenter will not be responsible for any portion of a prize which may not be available due to any event beyond Presenter's control. Hollywood Movie Money® not redeemable for cash and is subject to all terms and conditions of issuer. Winner acknowledges that Presenter has not made nor is in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize offered in this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Warranties regarding prizes (if any) are subject to the manufacturer's terms, and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty. Vehicle winners must personally take delivery of the vehicle, within thirty (30) days of written notification, at a dealer selected by Presenter, and must provide adequate personal identification and evidence of legally required insurance. Vehicle delivery is subject to manufacturer, distributor and dealer manufacturing, production and delivery schedules. Vehicle color and options are at the sole discretion of Presenter. Vehicle winners will be responsible for any applicable licensing, insurance, title and registration fees, and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein. Gift of Travel Certificate expires 12 months from date of issue, is non-refundable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash, American Express gift cards or gift cheques. Travel must be booked through Corporate Vacations, an American Express Travel Representative. Winner may apply the Gift of Travel toward the purchase of eligible travel and pay the difference if the total exceeds the value of the Certificate. Neither Presenter nor Corporate Vacations will be responsible for cancellations, overbooking or other travel-related issues that may arise prior to or during prize travel. Any unused portion of travel gift certificate will not be refunded to winner. Subject to all terms, conditions and limitations/restrictions of Gift of Travel Awards from Corporate Vacations, an American Express Travel Representative. All travel bookings subject to availability and terms and conditions of travel suppliers. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one weekly prize per person per week and one Grand Prize per person regardless of the number of entries received.
GENERAL RULES: All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Winners of prize(s) with a retail value of $600 or more will be required to provide state and federal tax reporting information as a condition of prize award and will receive an IRS form 1099 for the total aggregate prize value of all prizes won as stated in these Official Rules. Prize will not be awarded if entry is associated with any login ID deemed void for any reason, including without limitation, if entry is not verified or recognized as being valid. All submissions become the exclusive property of the Presenter and will not be returned. Potential winners of prize(s) with an aggregate approximate retail value of $600 or more will be required to (i) sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release, and (ii) submit sufficient proof of age in the form of a legible photocopy of a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., a driver's license) bearing a complete name, address, date of birth and signature ("Prize Documents"). Completed Prize Documents must be returned within 7 days (including Saturday, Sunday and holidays) of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. Each potential Grand Prize winner's traveling companion must be a legal U.S. resident, 21 years of age or older and must sign a Release and submit a legible photocopy of a valid, government-issued photo ID, bearing his/her complete name, address, date of birth and signature. Employees of the Presenter, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to attend as a guest of a Grand Prize winner. Any false statement on the Prize Documents or other documents in connection with this Promotion may result in automatic disqualification. Grand Prize winners and winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be notified via overnight mail approximately four weeks after returned forms are received by D. L. Blair, Inc., and eligibility is determined. All other weekly prizes will be shipped to winners at the mailing address on record with the Presenter; allow ten to twelve weeks for prize delivery. Any prize and/or notification returned to Presenter as undeliverable may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
