Dear Slowtech,
I had every intention of making you deliriously happy. I still feel yucky and was not planning to eat low carb. I was gonna make soup. This really delicious vegetable cheese soup Notice the key word there.... VEGETABLE. However, after a thorough search of my freezer I find that I have every damn vegetable in there EXCEPT the combination that I need for this particular recipe.

hope you feel tons better super soon gt!! heart this is some nasty bug going around. takes a bit to get back up on one's feet as you guys know from my pathetic tales. so, if this is the same thing that i had, take it easy. and eat what you feel like, just so you eat something at least. that's correct, i said, eat what you feel like.... although it would be good if you could include some vegetables into each day Harhar

Ummm, well, I sort of remembered that my there was a little bit of left over milk macaroni in the fridge that my daughter made the other night (and I so stoically resisted). I caved. I ate it. Embarrassment There wasn't much -- less than a cup.

Hubby seemed to think Clam Chowder and grilled cheese sounded pretty good for supper. So, I may have some cream of chicken soup later. I don't know. I'm really nauseous again. What the hell is the deal -- a head cold with nausea? This is just weird.

I found my favorite soup that I haven't been able to find since AK- and found it at, of all places, Wal-Mart. Who would have thought WM would be the one to start randomly carrying Amy's organic black bean soup?

Okay, planning out things to get at T tomorrow- any fab deals I should know about?

gt, hope you feel better soon....

dd was so sick this morning she got dehydrated and started having contractions. Off to the doc for the afternoon and some re-hydrating. Stopped by Target on the way home to get her RX filled and took a quick look at clearance while we waited. Little freezers were still at 111.xx, saw some wood/metal chairs at 75% and the same sheet sets but not in the size I need. They are having a special at the hospital this week, 400 TC, top sheet, fitted sheet and 4 pillow cases 20.00 all sizes. I think I'll pick up a set.

Thanks for checking, and thanks for the info on the wipes. We use the clorox ones all the time so it might be worth getting with the up&up brand.

Mine has been popping up that damn "is Q amount valid" screen. I think cashiers that have been there a while don't even read the screen and think it's an INF.

Thanks. I'm better today than I was yesterday, so I figure tomorrow will be better yet.

My gosh, your poor daughter, I sure hope she perks up fast. I can just lay around and complain -- I don't have to support a little parasite sucking all my energy!

UGGHHH> They drive me nuts.

Oh forgot abot the signage Big two foot clearance sign with nothing but finish on them says 30% off, pick one up 10,xx clearanced to 8.47 say to red can you scan this for me sign says 30% off this isn't marked 30% , if you do the math, he refers me to the 1 inch sticker and says SEE it says it's 15 off. I say maybe you better take down the sign , he says well if you want to argue about it take it to cs , won't take down the sign. I say no thanks. UGGGGGG
