Six pounds is great , especially when you aren't doing the execise part.
The soda thing is really good , if you can lose that much just cutting out soda.

I really need to get on track , doing okay with the exercise ,not so good with the food.

Target has been stressing me all last week and now spilling into this week ..I think I need a break

You guys are all doing really well with your weight loss . woot

Awww just make sure you stay here with us Wink I did that too... I needed time away then when I went back to Target.. it was like it was all brand new and with less stress... it was great!!

The kids are doing great!! I decided today was the day to begin ripping apart the house.. now to finish it tomorrow Wink

Granbabies are doing great, we are teaching the older one empathy, he wacked ds with a toy and we had to make a big deal that he hurt him and he needed a kiss and a bandaid and a big sorry, I think he got it ! He's a smart little one DS was shocked that he would listen to me ,terrible twos, don't ya know..LMAO
Of course he lost the toy temporarily. Frown
Grandaughter , just the pleasantest little thing ,always has a smile and rarely
crys.

Oh I HATE it when I do that kind of cleaning ...make a huge mess and then clean it all up ... laugh out loud

Awww!! Empathy is a huge lesson for them to learn and comes best from grandmas... or so it seems.. the kids are so excited when my mom stops by.. she is always doing some goofy activity with them.. like the one day making bouncy balls lol

Yep I have to clean up the kids rooms tomorrow..cause kids just don't know the proper way to clean 'em... then to scrub the bathroom and my house will be nice and clean.. until the kids make another mess LMAO

My poor dd (6 months) is starting to get a cold... I am sooooooo hating the changing of seasons.. it is the sucks Frown Sending lots of hugs!!

Yeah, I love being a grandma , still young enough to have fun with them ,and gives over taxed mom and dad a break sometimes ,which they appreciate .It's kind of neat watching ny children become parents also .

Hope the wee one shakes it off ,maybe get some vitamin c in her in any form,and try to cut back on her milk a little. Or not ... LOL

Gotta watch that "grandma "in me sometimes LOL .
