From what I know (not much ) it does sometimes resolve itself, kidney compensates on it's own.

I hope she doesn't develop infections ,and symptoms.
The good news is that you now about it early ,and can monitor it,and do what is best for her long term .

I hope the surgery terms out to be un-needed.

Ank, I hope miss mavis will be able to avoid any surgery. What a sweet DH you have.

My medicine makes me sooooo tired but it also makes me not give a crap at all. So I went for the gold at T today with a newbie and, thankfully, the entire coupon process was smooth. Big Grin

Going for the chinese food tonight.

Anyone else have some target Qs ringing up expired the day after? usually there's a one day grace on them, hoping there's not another change coming. On the other hand, I got towels today.

Thank you. We are very blessed. It is nothing like having to deal with any myriad of other birth defects or problems that *could* occur. Just walking the halls of the hospital is enough to make me realize that we are deeply and mercifully blessed with overall healthy children. Sure, it's worrisome to think of your child going through any kind of surgery - but it's nothing like what some folks have to go through with their children!

Thank you! It is good to know what *might* happen, to have some hope that she'll grow out of it or at least not develop complications, and to have docs that are on top of it.

laugh out loud @ the meds. It sounds like it was a great day! My cashier selection was slim pickings when I went (kind of expected it). Might make another library trip tomorrow and print some more q's - but nuffin fun and exciting until this weekend or so. Wish I'd thought of it earlier today. Could've gotten some super free avocados if I had printed that mq! The big ones are 1.00 at my ST.

Yes. Which stinks because my T takes them until they beep expired. Most of them beep expired right away anymore. Frown (Though, if anyone happens to discover any that *don't* at any time and thinks of me... I wouldn't mind a note! If your stores are the same way, lemme know and I'll do the same!)

Hope little Mavis outgrows it. hug Though, surgery is not too bad, my DS had 2 when he was little.

I found this book today for $.74 at T (75% off) I had to pick it up, even though I have no little kids.

bunnies, Whee on the elmo machine. wash the evil out of him, will you please? Shocking

went to T, got free socks, was delighted. especially because after the fracas countryfan posted she found plain black ones so i was on a mission cos i really needed those. got em! love em! Big Grin

also, found shorts for infants and newborns for a buck each. need for gift for a friend who just had a baby. note to self: i must do kohls. must. must. must. i need to get more baby stuff for them. and i need some kitchen things for my kitchen (stainless steel measuring cups, serving spoons and such - do they have those?).

and best of all, found the kodak digital photo frame that folks mentioned over in deals. they're 75% off at 32.xx look for em you guys. got for xmas gift. not the best of time to be spending anything right now. but this has been on a wishlist for a while and what i really like about this one is that you can change out the frame and use any 8 x 10 frame of your choice!! so it's really customizable, making for a nice gift.

oh, and may i say, all you dieters are super inspiring. want to lose the weight i put on last year, so i'm going to hit the gym hard: that's my new resolution. and it's all because of all you guys. so THANK YOU! we're going to be a svelte bunch come next summer. Big Grin

ank, praying that she doesn't surgery and that she grows out of it!

by the way, in case you and DH believe in homeopathy, it might be worth consulting a good homeopath. homeopathic remedies are very safe and gentle, and moreover they are extraordinarily effective when it comes to issues of the urinary system. we were raised on homeopathic remedies since infancy because of severe allergies to conventional drugs. and i turned out fine.
