It is currently still sitting in the garage. I put a coat of poly on and am hoping it will dry overnight. Poly likes mildly warmer temps. and of course our temps. just dropped here today so I wanted to give it plenty of time. Another couple coats in the next two days and we'll be done. These pics were prior to the semi-gloss poly. I will have to take one once it's in the dining room! The last pic was after it was assembled, before we did the rest of the staining. The wood grain actually turned out much richer after the poly was applied. I am in love. heart

Here is my lazy black cat Jazmyn:

ETA: this is the cat that HATED me while I was pregnant with dd....and then after I'd had my c-section with dd she proceeded to jump up onto the ledge of the headboard of the bed the day after I'd gotten home and JUMP onto my belly/abdomen. Ummmm yeah that hurt so bad it about knocked the wind outta me. We have a love hate relationship!

Aw, what a cutie!

We had a cat growing up that HATED my dad because he was the one to take him to get neutered. I'm glad I didn't have to take either of mine in for that, though I feel bad that Toby was declawed when I adopted him. I wonder if it's affected his mood a bit (he's a sweetie, but really reserved).

Awwww I love black cats!! She is very pretty!! Cats are weird..we have a wedgehead siamese too, named Wendy and she hated me until she was 7 months old and we had her from the time she was 12 weeks... now she only comes around to me and my husband.

Very pretty kitty Jazmyn is.... awww she probably loves to hate you but hates to love you j/k
