I'm not too sure about the soy milk. I've heard some opinions that it shouldn't be given to girls - but I don't remember the whys/whatfors... My DD is sensitive to soy anyways, so we don't do it. We do use almond milk - if you have no nut allergies, maybe try that.
I forget what else I was going to say...
It is best to stick to lots of clear liquids, water, juice, ginger ale can help too. and then stick to the blan diet avoiding anything salty or sour, sweet. etc.
she may not be allergic to milk but whatever bug she has may be causing her to be sensitive to it.

OK, somebody puuuuuhhhhhhhlease help me figure out what is wrong with my kid! She puked Fri. night around 10 pm, then @ 3 am, and 4 am. She was fine all day Saturday (besides the issue of dh not giving her enough to drink
My first instinct was to think maybe she is getting car sick? But that would not explain all night Fri. night really. Nor does it happen every time we are in the car and most of where we go is maybe 1-2 miles max we are so centrally located. I just have no clue. I decided to wait and not take her to the doctor yet. If it happens again we will go but I know if I take her tomorrow they will tell me 'it's just a virus.' She does not act one bit sick....after I clean her up she is fine - running around and playing, smiling, laughing, jumping, etc. I just don't have a clue. She never pukes; this is so extremely odd for her.
when i was little, i started getting very nauseous few hours after having milk. was too young to verbalize. i would sometimes throw up, sometimes have some tummy aches, other times just have an upset stomach. this went on for a bit, before mum realized it was the milk. mentioned to doc and i stopped drinking milk and was fine.
even typing the m word makes me feel nauseous now cos i have such a negative association from early years.
have you tried lactose free milk? organic valley makes a lactose free version of their organic milk, so you know it doesn't have a bunch of other stuff added to it. not sure whether lactaid has other stuff added in.

My ds is Richard, but goes by Richie instead, I didnt want to call him Richard, and couldnt call him by his middle name since that was DH.
We were gonna call him: Tutlow (3 in tagalog) but it doesnt sound like a name, so dd started calling him Richie Rich when he was born and Richie stuck.
Oh I agree I think it's rude also and had a hard time calling him that with a straight face, but hey a girl has to have an anger release and a chuckle at the same time ya know
Richie just didn't fit this guy, plius wasn't near as satisfying.

let's start by getting you signed up and getting the introductory 250 points you get for doing a couple of things. that might get you hooked.
i'm focusing on small goals. so 2000 points means I can cash out my first set of points. from then on, it's 1000 points for cashout.
that's the trick to these sites - you have to set small goals for yourself, cos then you get it done. and before you know it, you've built up a stash of gcs to whereever. slickcate and kallison, that sound right?
and once you use the gc to get stuff, all the laziness goes out the window, cos you want to collect more gcs to get whatever else you need to get.
we got new sneakers and hiking shoes using amazon gcs earlier in the year. that was very gratifying.
