that happens all the time. you know the saying, *a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.* they target for a few months and somehow they are all of a sudden experts. i've been q'ing for over 30 years and i would never say i'm an expert or professional b/c i usually, not always get one paper/wk and that's all i have to work w/ besides ip's, a few blinkies and a tearpad here and there.

these instant experts go around Smack in the threads for awhile and then they disappear, usually b/c they totally overdid it at the store and they are persona non grata or it's just too much work and the thrill has gone. or they like to wail and complain constantly but that's not fun so they move along, but usually not soon enough.

then some other all-of-a-sudden know-it-all takes their place.

i've gotten whacked a few times and try not to let it bother me. you know why? b/c that post has usually gotten repped by more than one person... and b/c i'm usually right Big Grin.

they are like shooting stars. no staying power. sometimes they are good for a little entertainment though. when they are not wailing.

so kallison, which one were you referring to? don't wanna miss any fun! gimmee a barney hint b/c my brain isn't working too good today. i forgot the filter b4 i put the coffee in this afternoon.

Question about this though - should be do a questionnaire type thing to get to know each other a little better, like where we shop, what deals we got, ones we wish we got, about our kids etc. We do several gift swaps a year in the SF thread and use a pretty standard one, I'll go hunt it up to show you. You know I was wondering what the references were earlier but I get it about the coupon police. I would rather see 100 posts a day about Glade than people admonishing others about coupons. jmo

I just noticed that playsaver coupons reset, but only the Iron Man/ Spiderman coupons. Bummer.

I noticed that too. I've looked over my Toys for Tots lot for donation and I need little girl stuff (and Iron Man and Spiderman don't cut it, I don't think). I don't understand the fascination of LPS, so I didn't buy any of those when the Qs were out.

I strolled into the East Target today and found one lone Bunn Coffeemaker (display). When I asked about it, they told me it was not clearance, was not reduced and would not sell for 10% off. Needless to say, I left it there. Love to shop when Alabama Crimson Tide is playing.
