Blah, that's what I figured. I know years ago, it used to credit same day if you paid before 2pm.

See, many many years ago we had a Target card and I remember that. Recently I was in a store while a customer was trying to work out something to make a $300+ purchase and it wasn't going through even though she made a payment that day. She had to use her card to use up an expiring 10% coupon. I heard her talking to card services over the phone and they said it was 3-5 days. Guess they took a step backwards in more areas than just coupon acceptance.

Nope. Least not at my Walmart. Still prompts the "correct coupon amount" screen, which seems to throw cashiers into all kinds of mental gymnastics which they never recover from.

Had a fantastic evening doing a Bloom circuit and hitting up one Target. Last year this time, I'd have been doing major Target runs, but not this year... Sadwalk Had a moment of sadness while walking through Target - how different my trips are this year, and how far less frequent. And whatever update some of you have gotten, my stores haven't. Every.single.mfq beeps, no matter what, except the BOGOs. The cashier was well-chosen, just kept hitting the clear button. Clear button is the new K1. Big Grin

OK, off to sort my multitudinous inserts from yesterday and then call it a night. One day off and then super doubles at HT. Whee

Does anyone know if an educational list of the Target coupons has been put together?

I need some education on some of these, and seem to be lacking.

PM's are okay by me.

ETA-I threw together a nice run yesterday. Cashier started scanning, and red screen galore. Cashier grabbed the gun, scanned a coupon and practically broke the keyboard everytime he pressed the button. He was NOT happy about the update, wasn't mad at me, and even kept joking with me. Told me he hates it, and that it takes too much time to check out customers. I hear ya buddy! Lady heaved and sighed behind me. I turned around and told her to call Target's 1800 number if she had a problem, since they made it so hard to accept coupons. Then I noticed she had a wad, Karma's not fun!

No "verify amount" screen on the BW. I am out of those coupons for now but will have some later in the week. Just remembered that my local newspaper keeps old issues on hand so will buy some tomorrow and try this deal again just to confirm. Will let you know.

Really? You're the only person who has said that. I may try it at some point, although I decided to try to scan Sept's check in today, and it worked! If the deposit-at-home feature works, then that's so much easier for me. Something about the way the check is formatted, my bank doesn't like. Or at least, it didn't.
