Okay... now I'm officially Cold

I've had the weirdest "found stuff" day today... I just found 2 brand new ink cartridges that I needed - my red and my yellow. I am so sure I had used all my ink up and I was freaking out cuz I got the "you need to buy ink tomorrow" stupid thing the printer gives you and I wasn't sure how that was going to work - especially if I couldn't print any q's!! Faint

Chili turned out pretty good - added a smidge of brown sugar (no honey here!!). Everyone enjoyed it! And thanks for the tape info!! I was the one saying we needed a good tq for it!! Big Grin

DH's grandma is stabilized. We really haven't gotten any more news beyond that. Her bp came back down, temp is good, heart rate is so so but slowly coming back to the way it should be, and something else that I can't remember right now... At any rate - seems she's doing better. They were talking about doing another pacemaker (before she got sick), but I don't really know how or when. She's not in great health, and I would think that would put her at even more risk. Unfortunately, I think it's just one of those "matter of time, one thing or the other" will get her kind of things. She's got bad kidneys and a bad heart - compound that with diabetes, collapsing veins, and cold/flu season - things don't look great. Frown

We're just hanging in there and waiting, I guess.

I have NO clue what we'll do if she passes away. *sigh* Seems like everything is piling on at once. Vehicles are down, still have to finish paying on baby's birth, going to have to put off my foot surgery and dh's tumor removals (fatty tumors - not serious, but highly uncomfy for him and getting huge), and I have no idea what we'll do regarding DD's mouth. I guess I need to go find out what that will cost us to do first. But... it's making me a bit panicky. Thank goodness they just opened up over time at DH's work. He said he'll take as much as they'll give him, and I am missing him already! I soooo need to pull myself together so I can be a good wife and mom!

flugette -- I saw you over in the Pamida thread. Triple coupons and that thread is dead. I know Pamida is a fairly small chain but still.

edit: Actually, it's bigger than I thought. I had no idea they were in 17 states.

I know! I woulda thought people would be posting their deals and everything!! I was able to get some good coupons mailed to my mom, but I was hoping I could get some IPs emailed to her. It seems like the prices are higher than my stores, so I don't want to do a ton of research and then it doesn't work for her.

GT - my dd is now obsessed with the pup in your pic....she has gotten so used to her 'games' on the ipad now that she thinks everything is a touch screen. She keeps touching your pic on the screen expecting it to do something LMAO I know there is a puppy on one of her games that she touches it and it barks. She gives me the funniest look when it doesn't do anything laugh out loud

Ank - hug OT just finally died down here for my hubby....and will probably pick back up again before too long. We have to take every minute we can get too with trying to get our stuff paid off. Praying you hold up OK....it is tough....different schedules, long hours, etc. Hug2

So in between incessantly refreshing the Lowes FB page, I'm adding stuff to my cart at Kohls.com just for the hell of it. So far it's about 5k worth of stuff. I need a lot more of those coupons laugh out loud

Uhm, about our SS. When are we exchanging addys? I wanted to look and see what stores were near my SS.

I have noticed some profiles have addys, others don't... I think if they don't you have to ask for it...

You guys have been so chatty the last few days.. no way I can respond to it all..

hug to those who have been sick, migraines, sick kids, disfunctional families, etc.. Hugs all the way around..
As far as the talk about friends goes.. I guess I lose my TCC membership.. I am a meanie sometimes, but I do have some friends.. Most are from church though, and we really don't hang out too much. There are a few that I text a couple of times a week and we go to lunch on Sundays. I will say this though.. I have been hurt worse by friends than I ever thought possible and definitely more than pain caused by strangers/enemies. I tell my DD all the time when she speaks of her friends and BFF's that "friends are overrated" and "friends take alot of work".. Of course, I do have 2 good friends that I have been friends with for years. They have been there to help me through alot of things Smilie
In HS, I too was the fat, smart girl. Didn't have a ton of friends and definitely wasn't popular, but thankfully my DH fell in love with me in HS, and we were engaged on graduation day Wink

Stopped by bath and body works after church.. pretty good deal with the b3g3 sale and the 10.00 off coupon. I splurged and got me and my DD a few things. I haven't bought myself anything in a long time. I still have 80.00 in birthday money I haven't spent since September!
Then I went by JCP. Those darn 10.00 off coupons of theirs have so many restrictions. Tried to get myself a coffee mug with a lid and it wouldn't work cause it was considered a "kitchen" item and those are excluded..

I did get some shopping done for my SS today. bounce I am so glad I finally came up with a few gift ideas.. I don't like last minute shopping at all!


Been looking at the kroger mega sale details over and over.. everyone seems to be getting so much for so cheap, but I can't seem to find anything for myself. Everything I think I would get either the coupon is gone, or I can't find it.. I want to get excited, but just haven't Mad
