AM, whatever you do, do not tell the bank that they should do this for compassion reasons or taking money out of children's mouths. will get you nowhere.
nor should you be saying ebay did wrong.
remember, the line you'll get is they only waive the fees if it is a bank error.
and therefore - the bank error is that according to the new banking laws passed by congress, banks CANNOT rearrange debits to the account to stack overdraft fees and get the most fees like they used to before. new law requires that in order for bank to put through an overdraft you have to have overdraft protection plan, or a designated line of credit or linked account. otherwise, bank MUST deny the transaction. so, it was a bank error. be polite, but firm. and persistent. do not, not even for an instance, buckle, or admit even a hint of a mistake on your part. because there isn't. and they will make notes and put things in notes if you say stuff like that.

ebay... remember with ebay, they will always debit the source of fee payment that you set up/indicated in your account preferences. so when you know an ebay billing cycle is coming up, always go and change it to what you need it to be to avoid such situations. ebay billing is all automated, so it just hits whatever account they have on record for you as your preferred billing method.

Thanks. I never got to call. I have a small local bank. I did send and inquiry about it though. I did include that they should not have let the transactions go through because of the having no overdraft protection.
Still waiting for paypal to get back to me as well. They are "investigating". This was paypal not ebay's fault because the payment for the shipping should have been deducted from the transaction.

YAY Dreemedayze! Babies are the best! heart

I feel guilty now telling you what I'm doing, in case it makes you squeamish.

But since I'm mean, I'll say it anyway. I'm sitting in a remote online class, watching my instructor dissect a cat. That is all.

Bunnies, Bunnies, Bunnies, do you not remember the new TCC Rule? Please see this post.

It was agreed and put into practice.

You are in violation. This is your first and only warning. Next time, there will be dire consequences.

Nice to see you posting!

Okay, I haven't been down to Wa. yet, life getting in the way.. Anyways I bought 20 Kohl's $5 coupons and they expire on the 13th... I won't be getting down there..

So if any of the regulars can use them, send me a PM first 4 ppl will get 5 each.
Hah! I was out shopping at Kohl's when you posted! I bought 10 today because I used all my own up and was too impatient to wait for my next order to arrive.

I am getting lots of those 2-pack fuzzy thick slipper socks! I live in these in the cold weather when I'm inside the house. They have the 2-packs at front registers (not in hosiery dept. for some reason) and they are on sale for $5.49. Then comes the discounts and they are about free with a $5 Q!

Congratulations Jamie!

Just an FYI, if you buy the Fur Real Dog, don't leave it in your trunk. Tonight, DD and I were going to CVS and Publix and the dog was barking in the trunk. laugh out loud I tried to play it off like it was the radio but she told me when we got to Publix it was definitely coming from the trunk. I acted like my remote wouldn't work so I couldn't check it out. My gosh, maybe I should consider returning it if it is that noisy.
Jo did you open yours yet? How is it?

I found tons of the $3.00 off Gerber Graduates Yogurt today at Publix if anybody needs any, just let me know.
