Wow I am thinking I might try those syrups too....0 calories in a 1-oz. serving and almost 5 stars with over 60 reviews - they must be good! woot I put creamer in more to balance the bitterness of the coffee than anything (would probably be better off with a little sugar and less creamer laugh out loud) but I'm thinking some of this and a little creamer or cream or whatever would maybe do the trick. Any other good ones besides vanilla?

Oh and l2bam, if it were me I'd probably just do the subscribe and save to get the discount then cancel like all other stuff that's S&S on Amazon Smilie
That is what I was thinking too.. If I could get flavor, without so much of the creamer, it would help Smilie

And, I am not familiar with the S&S on amazon, so I really hadn't read the conditions regarding cancelling or whatever..

Setsail - by the way, I meant to add, if you guys are gonna open your gifts early, you atleast gotta describe what was in them nod

Okay, I decided to keep my DD up.. We played in the bath tub for 45 minutes.. got dressed and painted all her fingers and toes.. she loves nail polish. She is so funny cause she likes the glitter topcoat kind of polish, but instead of saying sparkles, she says she wants "sprinkles" on her toes laugh out loud

I was lazy for dinner and saw a commercial last night about serving a can of chunky soup over rice and just did that for her. She loves rice and will eat anything with rice. The rest of my family is gone for the evening.
Tonight is the night our church goes and ministers for Christmas to the inner city kids. We spent most of the day yesterday wrapping all the gifts and getting last minute things. My DH and the older kids went. The teens were doing a drama skit and music and then everyone was helping with the gift giving. We decided to stay home since I haven't been feeling well and it is so cold here. (maybe not cold to you guys, but cold for us) No one in my family even owns a "winter" coat. we all wear hoodie type jackets during the winter.Cold

How can I find out if my local papers have stopped carrying the smartsource insert? I bought 4 papers yesterday, $10 worth of stinking papers, to end up with the same RP insert that I got Friday in the local 25 cent paper.Mad Not only that, the local paper usually had the SS insert included on the Friday after publication so the 11/5 SS would be in the 11/10 Friday paper. No SS insert for the last two weeks in this local paper.

So no SS in the local paper, no SS in either of the two local papers (Fredericksburg Free Lance Star AND the Washington Post). Or was it just my luck to find 4 papers that didn't have the inserts?

Oh, so glad she doesn't have to have the cervadil. For me, that was WORSE than the pitocin, and they had to pull it out. I was feeling the urge to push, and hadn't even dilated at all yet. Ridiculous. The pitocin has always worked for me.
that sounds like a long awful day. I'm really glad she avoided that!

Thanks for the link. How long does a bottle last you? I feel like I am buying coffee creamer every week.. I am really interested.. But, I would hate to sign up for automatic delivery cause I have no idea how often I would need to order.
A bottle lasts me quite a while!! And for decadent low/no carb coffee, I use a splash of the syrup and a teaspoon or two of heavy cream. YUMMO!!

I have a HUGE supply of most of the sugar free syrups. The best are vanilla, caramel, raspberry (awesome in cocoa, diet sprite, diet dr pepper, etc.) and even the coconut and white chocolate ones.
And yeppers, I cancel the S&S as soon as my shipment is shipped nod

Posting quickly while my daughter is in the shower, then I'm going to go read and catch up! Got the iPod, everything worked beeeeyoooooteeefully!

$295.00
50.00 gift card
-------------------
$345.00
-$29.50 Target Coupon -- so it did take the 10% off the full price
-$50.00 Giftcard Free
-----------
$265.50

Now here's the part that confuses me:
IA Tax 7.0% on $200.50 = $14.04

The $15/$150 gift card is on and off of there too. Everything scanned perfectly. Nice guy even asked if I'd like him to combine my 2 gift cards.

You are confused by the tax?? Sorry, just making sure I am getting that right.....seems right to me as they must consider the GC's part of the *store* promo too and take those off of the total that is taxed? I mean, I know in Iowa if it is manu. related (just coupons really) you are taxed before them and anything that falls under a store coupon/promo/etc. that the store is giving is considered to not be taxed. Kind of confusing though but your tax seems to be right unless I'm missing something and that's quite possible LMAO How that works within your receipt is well --- beyond me!! Will have to get mine out from the iPod 8GB from BF and study it Smilie

Glad it all worked out great for you though!!

Caramel is yummy! I love my caramel apple spice drink at night. (Sorry no alcohol.) Wink

Warm apple cider (or apple juice with cinnamon and clove).
Stir in caramel syrup (or ice cream topping).
Top with whipped cream (out of the can).
YUMMY!!

I get my syrups at either World Market or Amazon. They have a subscribe and save special on the 3 pack of vanilla so it's around $11 for 3 big bottles at amazon Smilie
*edited to add the SS special is now $13 for 3. Still better than World Market where they are $6 per bottle! Torani syrup linky [amazon.com]

woot thank you sooo much for the Shrek Q! I want to get the combo pack of all 4 movies to go with the new BluRay/PS3 Whistling Evil
okay, I ordered a vanilla 3 pack.. But, I really want to try some of the other flavors.. I really wanted a caramel, a chocolate, and a peppermint drool I could make my own chocolate peppermint mochaswoot
Why didn't I know about this before? I have complained for months about vanilla and hazelnut (which I don't like) being the only SF creamer options..
Thanks tootsie!

Wish some of you lived closer to me.. I would love for us to order several flavors and switch them out!

Haha SJM....no alcohol here *at all*. Have never had it, probably never will. DH was a complete alcoholic before we were married (probably would have died from it) and quit COLD TURKEY and never went back to it. Just like that. We will probably never have it in the house or even have a drink together for that reason alone, amongst others. The neuro docs also told me after my brain injury that I really did not need to be consuming alcohol because of its affect on the brain. Dontknow Was never a drinker anyway so I suppose it all works out LMAO

YES L2BAM, good idea wish we were all closer so we could have a 'flavor swap' of sorts bounce Didn't order any yet.....see, can't make a decision now!!

Tracy - have not tried ANY of those so definitely give reviews Wink

I would have expected the tax to be on $265.50 -- the cost of the item after the 10% coupon. GCs aren't taxed so I wouldn't expect tax on them BUT I wouldn't have expected the $65 gift card amount to come off my taxable amount.

Wait... I think I figured it out. It still doesn't make sense, really, but it kinda does. Ok, the gift cards were rung up -- $50 + $15, no sales tax on those. Then, they were rung off -- but that came off as a Target Coupon. All the register know is that it's TQ -- not that it's a TQ on a non-taxable item. I guess. I think.

So, tell me this. When we buy a $1 grocery item and use a $1 TQ does it reduce our taxable total buy $1 since we don't have a tax on food?
