I just made 3 batches of peanut brittle. All recipes that I have seen call for raw peanuts. I have many jars of dry roasted salted that I got free thanks to Pamida triples. I tried it and it worked fine. Hubby says it doesn't taste any different isn't salty. I don't really like peanut brittle but I tasted it anyway and it isn't salty.

So, if ya have free peanuts, go ahead and use them. I also match a batch of peanut clusters. Been doing this while going back and forth helping hubby put up the new crown moulding in the living room.

I've heard if you use salted peanuts, just don't put in the salt that it calls for. Should cancel it out!

Has anyone used the cookware $25 TQ in the past couple of days? Just wondering if it's still not beeping... Need to get out tomorrow. TIA!!

Fark, made a run looking for those Air Wick candles and got myself lost in Ft Myers without ever finding that T...looking up directions now and I hope they still have some in stock by the time I get there.

Super bummed I can't get any coupons to print off my Mac right now :/ So many good ones I'm missing out on.

I seriously need some PMs about what folks are shopping for and what's the great deals that are going on. I know there are no inserts, just P&G upcoming. In the past month, my 94 year old grandmother died, my husband totalled my truck when he hit a deer, our house that has been for sale for a YEAR - with no offers - had to have some subflooring ripped up and replaced and the week we were doing it, someone called wanting to RENT it. What are the odds of that!? It's been sitting empty for a year with no attention, and the week we start ripping up the floors, someone wants to rent it?? EEK!

Thank the good Lord above for Slick Deals and the fact that I already had 95% of my Christmas shopping done by October. Seriously. Faint But now I am way, way out of the loop on Target. I need the dirty lowdown on everything and what everyone's using for mq/tq overage if it exists. And I will definitely pay the favor back - if you're looking for printables or whatever, I'm happy to send it out if I can. Or will table the favor now to come up with something you need in the near future..

Teehee So totally worth the looks of confusion on their faces. Had to resist getting one for myself....don't really need one when I can just borrow my mom's if need-be. A lot of the reviews on target.com say that once people bought one then they wanted another. Our family usually does our T-giving/Christmas dinners buffet-style so these are good for that too. Love how they aren't so bulky like the roasters.

That Giada set sounded so cool, I thought about it but then with the pan set I just inherited I don't think I will need it. This set while worn is supposed to be super dee duper awesome. I couldn't believe a brand new set was $2k OMG and older ones are still work about $1k. It is missing the steamer insert for the stock pot.

I wondered if there were coupons today, at least I don't have to worry about going out.

That would have been really hard for me to pass up making a run, I am sure if I had my coupons on me I would have had to use up a bunch. The only way I shop at T without coupons is if I purposefully leave them home.

You are so lucky to have found that kitchen, I checked a bunch or Targets around here and didn't find one at all. We bought our oldest DD a kitchen one year and didn't start putting it together until after all the kids were asleep Chirstmas eve. What a mistake! We were already tired and it had so many parts and stickers it was a friggin nightmare and we didn't finish until almost 4 am! I was fighting a migrain all day.
