*sigh* It's weird not knowing if we should wait up or just go to bed.

We're supposed to get more snow tomorrow during prime shopping time. Frown I am afraid they may have salvaged the christmas stuff at my stores - none of it is coming up in the inventory checker. Toys are, but none of the christmasy stuff is. I wouldn't have minded a set of pj's or some more paper plates though! Guess I'll just have to be less lazy next time and go shopping sooner!

I do hope they'll have a few of the toys. The blocks would be nice. And the wood cubes/puzzles that someone mentioned. Gotta be careful though - don't want to blow my grocery budget on toys! laugh out loud

Oooh... I just had a thought. What was the dumbest thing you bought last year just because you had a coupon for it?

For me it was the solar lights at Target. I bought around 9 of them, and they are still in my closet unused.

Mens body wash, hubby won't use it cause he says it's an extra step in the shower ,
heaven forbid he has to squirt in on the sponge,he just flat won't use it and I have tons.

Oh and some stupid energy drik , I think it's called celsius, was a MM still sitting somewhere, I won't touch the stuff. Actually that's prbly worse than the bodywash, at least I thought he'd use the body wash. I think this was a mm also though or at least free.

I buy so much dumb stuff, hard to narrow it down laugh out loud If it's free, I don't really count it as a purchase necessarily...but out of stuff I actually paid for? I don't know if I had a coupon for it, but I remember buying some kind of saw blades or something that were, like, 75% off. I remember thinking 'oh, it's SUCH a good deal!' (not that I had any basis for it but, you know, 75% is always a good deal). Of course, I didn't even own a saw and I was living in a dorm...

got on the road this morn and decided i really should try to head away from sd reporting in my area and might as well go to the target greatland since it had a wider selection last july 4th.

did pretty good, so decided to go to another target outside my area and bounce! it's also in greatland format although it doesn't say and it has expanded grocery Yahoo!! (greatland is in between regular/expanded and supertarget w/ 2 entrances, blue and green. is the closest i will ever get to supertarget in my area.) found a full endcap of xmas cookies and mini-muffins, no sign at all, so nobody knew it was 90% off. half of it was expiring tomorrow and a few were already expired, but i got 6 boxes good till next wk for .29 each for bff. i hope this will get her excited enough to go minimum once/month.

it has a costco at the other end of the parking lot which i go to in another town that is same distance, about every 4-6 wks. also old navy, tjmaxx, my favorite supermarket is right on the other side of the highway and a nice mall is about 5-6 miles away. i'm so excited!

that store had lots of great stuff in the reshop carts. i'll bet the other customers thought i was stealing stuff out of other peoples carts Teehee! even had a bunch right in front of returns as i was leaving w/ awesome xmas stuff, so i ended up going back to pay for more!

that sd'er who hit my 2 closest stores yesterday afternoon didn't find the cocoa goldfish at either store. i picked up the tshirts he/she posted about and there were plenty left, so i guess this person is a not a shelf-clearer and i can breathe a little easier now.

Last year...hmmm...not sure...
I know what it will probably be THIS year - a bunch of cases of K-Y gel.... Just ordered it at the commissary - so haven't even bought it yet. Not REAL dumb - because it gives good overage... just wondering what to do with several cases of K-Y.....
