Karcher pressure washer 085-06-0097 75% off, now 24.98

my stores are slow, it was reported at least 2 wks ago, my stores marked it down last sat or sun.

it's a baby one, not the one w/ the handle on top to wheel it around. perfect to clean the siding at the doorway to my mil's house and i remember my mom saying her neighbor had a small one to clean something so we'll keep it at her house since she has the same things to clean.

eta- just took a look at the box. it has a handle on top to carry it around. no wheels.
Hey all. Just a quick question. How do you know the DPCI #'s on stuff? I work at target and I don't even know the numbers for most things. laugh out loud

Also, sorry to interject. I guess i'm just one of "them". haha

It's on the shelf tag, often on the item tag, and its the set of numbers to the left of the item on the receipt. HTH They pretty much have the same format, so it's easy-ish to figure out which ones are the dcpi when you are looking at a shelf tag. It's always XXX-XX-XXXX

I've only been there a month. Most of that has been on register. So aside from pushing buttons and selling the redcard I haven't had to read many shelf tags. Stick Out Tongue

I think I am one those invisible ones.. I ask question and try to appreciate worship the ones who help me. Mostly i do that... I come here quite often, but dont post quite often. I somehow feel i am not right in place (you know what i mean).. Also I have this big problem, I always feel out of place. When I have to ask a question or reply, i have to make sure that i typed it rightlyEEK! so that people can understand me...
I am here in US for the past 7 yrs still learning...still trying to be one among the people, but never happensEmbarrassment. I go to kickboxing class, I always feel outta place and smile to compensate everything..even my instructor comment on that "Here come my ever smiling lady" and I simply tell her that it is too tough for me to follow the talks, let alone understand the joke INTIME TO LAUGH... I tell here things would be breezy like watching the movies with subtitles
That said, I really love love this TCC, where people go out of their way to help around and truly appreciate and heart you guys here and target thread. Both this place means a lot to me that i could say in words
I have read and reread so many time AS USUAL before I post it.
I feel out of place a lot too. hug Like I'm the fringe hanging on around the popular group. Embarrassment Not just here, and not so much here anymore, but yeah, I understand how you feel.

ank, hope your dd is ok, that's it just lots of red jello. hug

slowtech, I was in a store on Monday that still had the pressure washer 50% off. Some stores are just MUCH slower than others with markdowns. Your comforters story reminded me of something I found in toy clearance at two different stores- a Lego set (bet people knew I would mention Lego laugh out loud) that hasn't been available in the US for about 2 years. Haven't seen it in stores in over a year, it doesn't come up on the Target website at all. It wasn't a small box either, it's one of the $100 ish Lego sets. Where in the world did two different stores misplace those?

tn, hope you are feeling better. Glad the Nyquil helped you get some sleep. hug

gator, good luck on the bar exam!

SS, we sort of expect the word Lego from you now and then, or you wouldn't be setsail.

BUT - you must have thousands of little pieces of Lego strewn all over your house.

LMAO And would you believe, not a single Lego sailing ship in all of it? And they were scattered but between the nice table I found clearance at T, and these cute bins that I used my TRU rewards on, the loose Lego pieces are somewhat organized. Other sets are glued together. Blasphemy, I know, but I got tired of the sets being taken apart. We have plenty of loose bricks for imaginative play but darn it, if it's supposed to be Star Wars ship/ Harry Potter train/ house, it better stay that way.

Thismom - what kind of cake are you making for her birthday? I have never really made anything other than your basic round cake.. I *may* just do some cute cupcakes for my DD birthday next week. I haven't decided yet.. She is all about wanting to go to CHuck E Cheese.. Everytime we see the commercial she tells me she wants to go to that place for her birthday!

*snip*
She is having a Toy Story birthday.....I found a snowglobe @ Wags (non-Christmas) to use with it. I am going to do a square cake and cut out a portion in one of the corners to replace with styrofoam to support the snowglobe. DD loves snowglobes. The cake it self will be fondant-covered (green or blue or orange LOL don't know yet) with fondant cut-out stars all over it and something written on top with "Happy 3rd Birthday Evalee"...that is the gist haven't decided on every little detail yet.

We did cupcakes for dd's first b-day....that was super fun....last year a friend made her an elmo cake. Will try to post some pics at the bottom of this message....oh and of my 'practice' cake too. It wasn't a TS3 practice, just one using some stuff I had on hand to be sure the fondant was really doable and everything. Really pretty ugly as it was frosted w/green frosting from Christmas clearance and then the fondant I did was yellow...practiced cutting out the yellow stars and 'gluing' them on then did some make-shift decorating on those. LOL it was hodgepodge laugh out loud

Tutus can be pretty easy if you want. My oldest make an easy one by taking a piece of elastic, sewing the ends together, then tying on strips of tulle - kind of like how you'd attach a tag to something, but you could knot it also. Depends on the look you are going for, I guess.
This is how I did dd's the last time....super-duper easy. Let's see if I can find a pic of her in it too... Smilie

the pressure washer that's yellow? I have seen that at so many stores. Didn't know there was a deal on them.
Ooooo I got one too....75% off was $100ish on clearance for $25ish. We have wanted one forever!

OK....here's all of the various pics I promised above!

Good Morning! No school here today.I need to work my job so I need the kiddo's to be silent.

Hope you all have a great day.

Rant: Do you any of you find yourselves annoyed with people who come to read our chat but never chat themselves. Or the noobs who pop in to ask questions but never ever take the time to say thanks after you have answered their questions. Anyway, that's my vent. I suppose if they want to believe that we are stupid and our bible lays within these pages, it's all good, it's all good.

BTW I woke up crying this morning, so I am in a sour mood.
I'm sorry if it was my question that made you rant. I just now came in to see if anyone had replied. I'll go back to my corner now.

i have the hp photosmart premium c6180... lasts me great on fast draft. cartridges are 10-12 bucks for normal size, more for xl size, but i get them all free after rewards at staples, so only get the normal size cos the deal works out better. it takes 564 cartridges. those are on sale at target from time to time also.
that model is no longer available but the successive models are.

the hp 8500 wireless has been on deals at staples recently working out super cheap. not sure what cartridge it takes, but the first step i'd think is get a free/close to free, but brand new, printer. Big Grin

best bet: set up a deal alert for "staples" and for "hp printer" for the hot deals forum. select a daily pm as your notification method so once a day you'll get a digest of new HD threads for staples deals as well as hp printer deals.
Thanks getgreen, I'd never though to set up a deal alert. I'm just afraid that a buying another "cheap" printer will end up with high ink replacement costs. I also have no experience with any other brand than HP, so I'm not sure what's "good"

thismom, those cakes and cupcakes look yummy! Your dd is adorable. Smilie

janretz, I LOVE my Canon printer. No offense to anyone, I gave in to some of the hype and bought a HP printer a few years ago. I spent more on ink every month than what I spent on the printer. Sold it on Craigslist and went right back to a Canon. We also had a Brother printer that was pretty decent, and ink costs were lower than HP. I just overall like the Canon better than other. Right now, we have MP620 and MX860 models. Both are wifi printers.

I am really just looking for props for pics. I have been looking at newborn pics and I really like the pose where the baby is laying on her tummy with just a tutu on. I wouldn't have my newborn actually wear it, just for the pics. I know Sophia (my 4 yo) would love another tutu for dress up, so I could make some for her to use as well.

laugh out loud my dd was the shortest, chubbiest baby ever....in those pics she was nearly 8 mos. old. Now she is short and so skinny I have trouble finding the right clothes. It is just funny how they change....I had to go digging for those pics, made me sad Sadwalk
