The drinks are for my DH mainly.. although the kids do get into them (even when they arn't supposed too) I drink an occasional diet drink.. but a 12 pack will last me months.. I have one coffee in the morning, water all day, and a glass of tea in the evening usually..

I would say that it is very normal. I had always wanted to be a SAHM, but when I finally got the chance, the transition was HARD. It took me a long time to adjust.

So... today DH and I decided that we are just going to bite the bullet and buy the lot out by the beach that we love. We went back by it today and let the kids play at the park and we decided that is where we want to live and we want to live there NOW. So we're going to buy the lot and then when our house sells we'll rent for 6 months while we build.
So here is my question for you guys tonight... what is the one thing you absolutely LOVE and also HATE about your house? Oh, and I've already decided I'm putting in a walk-in pantry.

Wish list if I could build: big house
extra large laundry room on main floor with built in shelves
fireplace in bedroom
a grand room (family room)
extra spare room with built in shelves (for in house stockpile)
extra wide garage (built in shelving units on one wall) for stockpile
built in fridge and freezer in kitchen.. kwim .. and it would be double fridge, double freezer
huge walk in pantry like you mentioned.
and yes to whoever said bathroom with drawers and cupboards!

Had an emergency c section also....and hated the pressing when my meds had worn off when they came in and then forgot to come back in for 7 more hours to give me the meds they promised ....wasn't liking the night nurses much at all when I was crying and having dh carry me to the bathroom...uugghh horrible, horrible memories of agonizing pain
