Gosh, they did this so freakin fast, I'm just glad he took the time to call her on the weekend to let her know what it was. Now, i'm off to read up on this thing.
Last week their were 2 different pepsi deals.. for ease, CVS just combined them and made a limit of 2 for pepsi.. Then this week there was supposed to be a limit of 1.. toward the end of last week they upped the limit in the computer to 3 deals to cover both week's sales..
SO, in CVS mind, they gave you 3.. 2 for last week and 1 for this week.. I am fairly certain that if you got all 3 last week, you won't get extra bucks if you buy more.. And it will be hard to argue with the store because your receipt is going to clearly say "limit reached" on the bottom of your receipt..
Now, you can get another card.. or wait until later in the week and see if they up the limits again.. A poster today mentioned getting word from their manager that the pepsi deals are gonna run until the beginning of February, so there is a good chance the limit will increase. It did that last year in January as well.. Only way to know is to read the thread for someone to report back, or go midweek and buy some gum or something and see if your limit is changed..
But, IMO, I would not buy any more right now if you already got 3 deals worth.
I can't watch that show either. Makes me sooooo sick.

I will try to give the heads up on good CVS deals, like the pepsi deal.. And for those who didn't make it out today before the 4.00 coupon expired.. Hold out a few days, they may release more on Thursday

Ank - I saw kroger has a mega going on.. But didn't really see anything that was free or MM by glancing. Is there anything I just need to get to kroger for this week?
I may try to get back into Wags and maybe try RA if the deals are great.. but really haven't ever done RA and stopped wags along time ago cause stock was low, and RR deals never seemed to print for me. I was helping a lady from church today with coupons and she wanted to jump into every store, and I told her that it was just too much and she should focus on mastering one store first.. I started her at Publix.. cause, well the deals are good, and the registers are helpful!
Now, I don't know who asked about Publix.. I have studied the deals there this week over and over and can't seem to get a definite plan together.. But, there is free popcorn.. which I am hoping to atleast be able to get RC for since I just ordered 20 coupons.. but my store is stingy with RC.. There is a good deal on the jimmy dean dlights sandwiches, progresso, tyson chicken, welchs juice, and glad trash bags. I just hope to find things in stock

Cafe Rio Pork
3 lb pork loin
1 C salsa
6 oz Coke
1 C brown sugar
Cover ½ of pork with water in crock pot. Cook 4-5 hrs on high. Drain. Combine other ingredients and pour over pork. Cook 3 more hours on low. Shred meat and serve in tortillas with rice, beans, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, etc. Serves 8-10.
Pork Tenderloin Barbecue Slow Cooker
4 lbs bone-in country-style pork ribs or 3-4 lbs pork tenderloin
1 med onion, chopped
1 C firmly packed brown sugar
1 C apple butter or apple sauce
1 C ketchup
½ C lemon juice
½ C orange juice
1 T steak sauce
1 t coarse ground pepper
1 t minced garlic
1 t salt
½ t Worcestershire sauce
Cut ribs apart and trim; (if tenderloin – cut tenderloin in half or in thirds). Stir together remaining ingredients until blended. Pour half of mixture into a slow cooker. Place ribs in slow cooker; pour remaining mixture over meat. Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hrs.
