Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Unless someone come forward that he was at a bar and drunk when he left. Also it was right after the playoff game ended.

Boy, is she ever lucky all she had was a possible broken nose!! Thank God she came out of that fairly okay!! Did she have any neck pain at all. Some of that doesn't show up for a couple days as the body may be in shock for awhile.

So glad they caught the guy as well.

Ya I am waiting to see if she has the neck pain. I got rear ended at a stop light years ago and the next morning i had to roll out of bed onto the floor cuz I could not lift my head. The weird thing is she can't remember if she had her seatbelt on. She always wears it. But she can't remember. I am thinking no cuz of the possible broken nose or the seatbelt would have held her. But, also if she did have it on she would have wiplash. Back and forse witch is best in this one.

I think she'd have a lot worse injuries if she wasn't wearing her seat belt. Flail chest from hitting the steering wheel with possible punctured ribs - the list goes on and on. Since she always wears her seat belt, it's become a habit and often times one doesn't precisely remember doing something because of the habitual nature.

Again, so very glad for her she 'walked' away from it - and glad for her mommy as well.

TYVM. Yah she cant remember if she went for her seat belt and undid it or not. I just cant believe she didn't have it on. She always does has since I taught her to drive. Which was alot of years ago. Also the grandbabies remind everyone in the car to buckle up. LOL they are so cute with that.

OMG ! ! ! That mashed up pile of junk was your daughter's car? And she lived??? You are all soooo lucky. Hope that nutjob does many many years for that. And you were right -- nobody in the back seat would have survived. So I guess the truck driver was lucky too.

Jules, I'm so sorry for you and your daughter, By the looks of her car she is lucky, Hope she's not hurting to bad. Hit and run usually means one thing, The other driver had no business being behind the wheel for whatever reason. Sad, sad, stuff.
