I was at the Sears in Montebello, California and found a 302 piece Craftsman Mechanic tools Set at $79.97, Regular Price $399.99. Although this is a re-post, earlier listings were $199.99. Hopefully you can find this at a store near you. tools are loose, therefore you need storage. It does not include a plastic storage. 26 cents per tool!

Added: Just checked 50 miles radius around my area, no stores have this in stock. OP, you stumbled onto a very slick deal.
