The Kroger store brand enchilada sauce is my favorite I've found so far and I've tried quite a few. It's surprisingly good.
Now enchiladas sound good for din din. I've got the fixin's. Plus I made a big pot of frijoles the other day for J.
Light Snow
Feels Like: -14°F
farking tired of winter already.
ETD: And it has warmed up about 10 degrees since waking this morning.

I am so farking pissed off right now. I've been hosting a financial show on saturday mornings for the past 2-3 months after they fired the previous person who did it. It was a "talent based" thing, which means it's not a part of my salary, I got paid about 10x the amount of what I get paid hourly to come in on a saturday morning and host this show. I didn't want to do it originally, was railroaded into it by our sales department because if I wouldn't have done it, they'd lose the client (and about $100k a year).
Back up to last week, my bosses (yes plural--I have like 4) tell me that the company is doing away with the "talent fees" for certain things, most notably to me, this saturday show. They want to pay the host their regular "hourly wage" to do it. I told them it wasn't worth it to me to do it then, as I would rather have the saturday off and not have to come in to work. They understood and agreed.
Fast forward to today, when I'm asked to meet with 2 of my bosses in one of their offices. They tell me they're changing my hours around and I need to only work 39 hrs during M-F so I can leave one hour available on Saturdays to work this show. No extra money, just "fark you, work 6 days a week". Needless to say I'm farking extremely pissed off about this, as it equates to about $5k a year that the company is ripping off from me. While that may not seem like much to some here that make a lot of money, I don't, and it's quite a big deal (as well as the farking principle).
Holy fark am I pissed.
