I'm curious of tasting it...

Some where I read about a pecan-dutch apple pie...and that sounded interesting.

Put the pecans in first, then the bottom crust, filling, etc...

when done put a serving plate on top and flip the pie upside-down and serve it like that.

It's ironic that we actually did go up to KY but we went in the wrong direction. And omg I know...my dad has a Suburban and he told me how much it costs to fill that up and I'm really glad I don't have a big car/truck/SUV, lol.

I always heard spraying hairspray on it and rubbing it in, but I've never had a ton of luck with it.

I've used hairspray successfully many times. Saturate the area with hair spray, rub, rinse, repeat until it's gone.... then wash them.
