Limit one (1) entry per person/authorized e-mail account regardless of entry method.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (Prizes to be awarded in a random drawing from among ALL eligible entries received via online and via retail entry methods):
One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for two (2) to a 2011 fight in the Continental United States and a meet and greet with Cain Velasquez. The Grand Prize includes round-trip airfare (or, in Sponsor's reasonable discretion, round-trip ground transportation) for winner and one (1) guest from airport near winner's hometown selected at the discretion of the Sponsor, 2-nights hotel accommodations (one double-occupancy room; does not include meals, room service or other incidentals); $500 spending cash for winner only (awarded in the form of two (2) $250 gift cards and intended to be used for meals, transportation, and incidentals), two (2) tickets to a fight, and Cain Velasquez Merchandise (selection of Cain Velasquez merchandise is at the discretion of the Sponsor), meet and greet with Cain Velasquez (time and place of meet and greet is at the discretion of the Sponsor). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,500.
Five (5) First Prizes: One (1) Milwaukee Tool Cain Velasquez Prize Pack, (selection of Cain Velasquez merchandise is at the discretion of the Sponsor) and one (1) $250 Gift Card, intended to be used to view a fight via a local cable provider. ARV: $550 each.
Ten (10) Second Prizes: One (1) Milwaukee Tool Cain Velasquez Prize Pack. (selection of Cain Velasquez merchandise is at the discretion of the Sponsor) ARV: $200 each.
Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded during the Promotion Period is $8,250.
