Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

My daughter got hers this week and I am so tempted to order the extra memory but I am waiting. Seeing that the netbook looks like a new model it should be safe, but i am being on the safe side and waiting. I bought a sweet case for mine before x-mas.

Like others, my netbook arrived with MS Office Home and Student pre-installed with a Product Key Card. I don't need office on the netbook. Can I sell the Product Key Code and it will work on another PC that has Office 2010 installed i.e. can the buyer download Office from MS and then use the Product Key Card to unlock the software they downloaded. Thanksnod

I was over there for a bit today, met someone that use to live in my area, Nice to meet new people, I did give them a link to here because it is hard to chat over there !!!!

No problemo! It wasn't really any work...just a quick google search.

I have a Linksys Model: WRT120N router. It's 802.11b/g/n which just means it's got the "latest & greatest" wireless capabilities. (Like when USB went from 1.0 to 2.0)
It came with an installation CD and guide, which gave step-by-step instructions, including pictures, on how to set it up....really quite an easy process.
Got it at Walmart for around $30.

If you have a smartphone - iphone or android you can download a app that will create a hot spot so you can gain internet acess using your phone, You can do this by hooking up your phone with a USB or bluetooth I use the app called PdaNet. Pretty cool - when we lose electricity and my modem no longer works I can connect with my phone
