I agree. It's amazing where I'll go for a deal. One time back when K toy clearance was rockin' I took DS and when WAY into the ghetto to this K that I didn't even know existed. Later, when I told DH where we had gone he just shook his head and told me to promise I would never go back there. laugh out loud Mmmmm... ok, maybe not until next year. Roll

Does the Pampers Q only come up once? I used it on one order so will it not come up again?

I've only been able to get it to come up once too so it must somehow recognize the computer.

She can clean as well, but we hire a professional for those services as well. Actually we don't, we just have a messy house.

We're getting our name narrowed down. Our top choice right now is actually the name of someone on our thread's little guy. That's the only hint I'm giving so far.
Hmmmm, I'll bite on this challenge, let's come up with all the boy names of kids on this thread..................................... she said "little guy" in her post so I'm guessing that means under age 6? Here's what I've got so far:
Alex
Daniel
Jason
Gabe
James
Cameron
Noah

I know I'm missing a ton here - help me out guys!!!

Quote from chrrrrris :
Hey mom, I think I still have it.
Glad to hear it - just let me know if you ever have any problems with it. As long as the functionality is still there this should actually be better for us because it goes through May and if I end up ordering more baby stuff it will go longer than that and our previous membership was set to expire at the end of March.

Of course that comes out after I place all my orders Smilie. Guess I will just have to go code hunting...

I took another long nap today and had a dream about a BBQ, so now DH is off buying stuff so I can have BBQ foods! I'm settling for pasta salad, potato salad, hot dogs and hamburgers. We don't actually have a grill so this is such a knock off. Hopefully it will satisfy the craving though.
Yum BBQ!!! I hope it was good!!

J and I napped today too! Alexa had to wake us up at 6 and say that it was only 2.5 hours until Soph had to go to bed and she hadn't had dinner yet. Alexa was very apologetic, and said she would have made dinner, but didn't know how! Embarrassment Good thing we have such a responsible kid here huh!
J is now making pork fried rice (from scratch) and I am trying to wake up. Note to self, don't nap so late!

BTW~ My brother was here the whole time, so it's not like we just abandoned the kids. I read what I typed and it kinda looked bad, even though Alexa is old enough to watch Soph (legally), but still.

CUTE! So you did that for your "thank you" cards?!!? Iagree with Toffi, if you don't mind sharing the image, that would be awesome! heart

Don't let jd see you post that. laugh out loud

I hit 2 Kmarts today out of town, looking for the cheap pack 'n plays. No luck. I did find a $15.99 high chair yesterday, but Pappy is giving them an antique chair, so they didn't need one.

My Secret Stalkee was Beachy, and I was so excited to get her, since I knew her absolute favorite scent was Nutcracker Sweet- so I hooked her up with all I had!
Love you, Beachy!
This is what I sent her:
share.shutterfly.com/action/welcome?sid=0AbsXLls2bOGTC-g
And, you know, I LOVED IT ALL. GrDaughter told me on Friday, "Grandma, you smell good!" She already claimed the ducky. And, my DH said "how did she know you like margaritas?" Coachie, thank you so much for all of it. It truly brought tears to my eyes when I opened the box. It has been a rough start to 2011 & your gift lifted my spirits. I know that someone loves me! Thank you so much! hug

Hey all this is a new post in the amazon diaper thread. I don't get what they are saying though, so maybe someone who has more brains can explain it to me Please Here is the post:

Nothing at my store! I hope you had better luck!

I don't think so, but I don't know a ton about their registries. Rach is a pro at them though

They do not mail it to you, you have to go into the store and get it. You can print out the first page thingy from their computers there in store though!

Hmm, I didn't know you could do that! Cool!
Well, darn, this grandma doesn't want to go to the store, print out a BABY registry and take it to the counter. I want to do it undercover of my computer. They would look at me like I'd lost my mind! laugh out loud

Quote from Kootz :
No news is good news but I am not believing it

Furgirl has had many many tests today but nothing conclusive

We still have to wait until some of the blood and urine work comes back from the lab but nothing is ruled out.

She can have many things at this point but the major guesses are a Pituitary tumor or diabetes insipidus.

Both are very bad for a babe at her age. Vet could not believe this was the same peanut from 2 weeks ago. She has lost weight which we knew but really shows up on her since she is not as furry as her brother.

The only thing we can do at this point is try to get her to eat as much of her dog food as we can. I mixed in macaroni and turkey baby food with it tonight and she ate quite a bit.

If she has one of the two above hubby and I just finished discussing we will not let her go through any life saving bull that will make her more uncomfortable. We are going to just feed her whatever makes her happy, clean up her pee if needed and give her many many hugs and kisses.

As long as she is not in any pain, let nature and god make the final decision. Just like my mom, my Bgirl could surpise us all
So many hugs and prayers are coming your way for those sweet little furbabes. I don't know much about the difference between diabetes insipidus and diabetes mellitus, which is what Aspen had. I tried to look it up and looks like insipidus is from a hormone problem
and mellitus is from an lack of insulin. Has the vet set a course of action or made a formal diagnosis? hug

Quote from snowbear3 :
A very wise decision. I had our beloved Snowbear put down because We could no longer keep him clean. Cleaning up after him was not the problem but keeping a large Siberian Husky clean was getting next to impossible. After 8 months of trying, it was time to help him maintain his dignity and let him go. Yes dogs have dignity too.
All of this just hits so close to home right now...I sometimes wonder if the tears will ever go away..

Quote from ArielA :
CRAP!!!! I just was trying to order and I accidentally pushed enter twice! It ordered the diapers and I wasn't done putting in the codes! So I canceled the S&S and tried to redo the order, but now it says those codes are used, so I am screwed! Oh well, but be careful for everyone else ordering!

ETA~ I went into my acct and canceled the order under "View, Modify, Track or Cancel an Order" and that gave me my codes back! WHEW!!!
Whew is right!

Hello everyone..WOW it's been a long time since I've been on here. With most of ya'll being on facebook I find it easier to keep up on there. I just can't keep up with everything. Running the house with 4 kiddos and homeschooling as well leaves me little computer time these days so I just can't seem to hang out on here like i used to. I have actually been getting LOTS more done though since I spend a lot less time on my computer. But I do miss you guys and wonder what's happening on this thread. There is NO way for me to catch up on here but I just wanted to pop in and say hello. Hope ya'll are having a GREAT day! Smilie Love & Hugs!
HI!

Quote from timelinedawn :
I don't know if I have mentioned the top name for the peanut yet- Cooper! My DD was going to be named something else and when I started calling her that while I was pregnant it just didn't feel right so I told my DH that I thought her name was Presley (which we were thinking for a middle name) and that felt right. So we are all starting to call him Cooper and see if it sticks.
I'm extremely partial to that name! You do know that is my grandson's name, don't you? Have you picked out a middle name, too? We like Cooper's around our house!

I did have one, but we didn't need it, so I asked for a pro-rated refund and they gave it to me. Though if you are willing to shell out the cash, I have a link which will save you 8 bucks or so.

Oops, forgot to add that I had Davewex for my Secret Stalker! Here's the pictures of what I sent to her...Have to say, though, that as soon as I mailed it off, I realized I forgot to put in the dogbone for Terra! I'm so sorry, Davewex!
