L2B- I went to TRU and got the Wii Active2. It was on sale for $19.99. Thanks again and I can't wait to start using it. Today was supposed to be an workout day...but not sure if I will be able to fit it in or not. lol Target was boring, and I hate shopping there on Mon. (no jedi's). So that was quick and easy. Stopped by Walgreens to get a Visa Debit to use at TRU only to find out that some take 24hrs to activate. Just ended up using cash. Then stopped by to get pizza to bring home for dinner. Not very diet friendly but it IS Valentine's Day! A piece of pizza, a piece of chocolate and a workout...sounds like a great Valentine's Day. LOL

Question is, do you think they are still safe to eat... they've been frozen most of the time and very cold the rest of the time. !

Oh good, glad you ended up cooking them
Me too. I would have also. But can you imagine what someone who has no concept snow and cold is thinking? Shoot, for several months of the year I have a drive in refrigerator/freezer where I park the van. That is the one and only good thing about winter -- that's comes in handy if you are having big holiday functions and need extra fridge space. "Time for dessert, somebody go out to the garage and get the pie".

You have no idea how correct you are. The Mr. never looks in my trunk anymore because he has been horrified to find what might actually be in there. I did learn my lesson when the kiddos were babies however. Always, always put your refrigerated/ freezer items inside some part of your vehicle for storeage whether it be the back seat or the trunk! You never know what animal may happen upon it and eat the entire top off of your 9X13 cheese cake. It's pretty hard to disguise it and still be able to serve it.Wink Cherry pie filling, yes, I believe it was cherry pie filling that worked wonders on this disaster. Thank goodness my former MIL still doesn't know about this little mishap. Big GrinBig GrinBig Grin

Well... it was her birthday and it was the only thing she gave me credit for in the entire 18 years I was married to her son - I made Kick-A** cheesecake. You hate to ruin a good birthday party just because something got into the main event...Teehee

There may be a tou-pon out ther for this but the $19.99 is not a mistake - it's an accurate price until the 26th. I confirmed with the store tonight. There are a ton in Wisconsin in different formats but they probably won't last long. Someone went to all of the stores around me (IL) yesterday and cleaned them all out - I take that back, they bought 9 of the 10 that were at the store I went to tonight - total ass. My point? If they're out, they will probably restock and they will still be available at this price until the 26th.

Had a fabulous day bounce my DH took the day off to spend it with me.. We got to sleep in til about 9:45, then relaxed a bit this morning.. Headed out around 1 pm and went and had a nice steak and salad for lunch, then went a bought a new washer and dryer woot.. Finally ended up hitting target.. not really a STC run, but things went okay..
Stopped by and grabbed the kids some takeout and came home and finished cupcakes for them.. Now chilling with the family watching some TV.

Thanks to target our valentines day was taken care of.. My DH got a big heart of hershey pot of gold, the older kids all got the big boxes of stride gum Wink and the baby got a hershey valentine bear with candy.. and of course carlton cards for everyone!! laugh out loud

Yeah, the first store I went to had the $19.99 sign out but only 1 lone PS3 game. 2nd store had a handful of the Wii game I was looking for but marked $5x.xx.

If you want I could look for one for you. Just lemme know the platform you need.

should I buy a Wii? We don't have one and we've never played one but the interactive & fitness games sound fun.

We LOVE the Wii! All of the basic games that come with it are fun - we got the Wii Fit and it's cool too! I love the interactive-ness of it so you aren't just sitting there playing a game - you're well, interacting Smilie Go for it!
