KMart is doubling coupons again this week. There is no minimum purchase and no limit on how many coupons you can use. Are you excited yet? -- I can fix that. Coupons up to $0.99. Bastards.
And speaking of KMart. I was in there yesterday to check the Maalox price and hubby was getting oil and a filter. The manager spotted me and came over. She told me she had seen Extreme Couponers last night and asked me if I qualified as one. I told her nope and we really HATE those people. We went on just chatting about it. Told her I had never bought 500 toothbrushes at once and I had less problems with huge amounts if the store special orders it, etc. She said she was amazed and impressed with how little they spent. And that she really should look a little closer at using coupons, just not on that scale. Chatty chat chat. She always been pretty good about coupons. My husband felt the need to tell her about his favorite coupon ever -- Spam Singles.
I do not want to drive to Target but I just can't think of any other way to do the frozen food. I think I will hit deals to see what's new. I think everything I did last time is done. Print some coupons -- as soon as I find out what to print. And then see if Mom wants to go later. Otherwise, I must go Thursday.
Oh, yeah, is the Finish Quantum still on sale? I had a lot of coupons so I didn't print the IP MQs. Thought if they were still available, I'd print them for Mom to use and get her stocked up.
I wanna go back out today and fill back up on freezer stuff for those families.

I should be taking the Bar Exam right now. After getting down here and situated w/ studying, I discovered that there are MANY differences between Florida law and Michigan Law(I learned in school), so without taking a FL prep course, I would never pass the test. Luckily, my test fees roll over and I can take it in July.
My main concern with threads like that is of a different nature though. Frankly, I'm more concerned that some random asshat will get the brilliant idea to post coupons that are no longer allowed here and cause drama for everyone else. KWIM?

not doing deals around bff anymore. she makes me confuzzled. she wants to do the deals but is always so unprepared, doesn't pay attention, needs so much hand-holding and can't keep her kids in line while we shop. wants me to go w/ her around the store and help her w/ the deals and tell her if something is a good deal or not. in the past i have abandoned my own shopping and just go a different day. always end up doing the same w/ my sil and mil b/c they keep asking me my opinion and always have to look for stuff for them. just cannot focus on my own shopping.
but yesterday i was going for 90% off valentines that i had already checked out at 75% off on sunday when i went for purple dollar spot (that was INF, those sonofaguns!). thought i would grab my stuff and then go off on my own to the target greatland w/ expanded grocery b/c bff never wants to go far from home.
we were already 2 hrs later than originally planned, we were supposed to leave at 11:30, called at 12:30 when i still hadn't heard from her, she hadn't even started printing her q's yet so went to her house and printed a bunch for her and then google chrome crashed and she was running low on ink. and then she had the audacity to ask me why i didn't print the finish coupons for her when we were at the store
right from the beginning bff caved and started shopping for her 2 dd's. and they were both demanding i help them shop for socks. yeah, nowadays i've been helping all 3 to shop whenever there is girls clothing around. afterwards i am always
so i had both dd's yammering at me cuz i found 3pks of girls c9 socks on clearance for them. i couldn't even tell you how much they were, i was just focusing on getting them the right size, figuring out which of the 2 styles they preferred and how many socks they needed while they both talked to me at the same time.
i'd prefer to do their shopping last after seeing how they've behaved in the store but i know she does it to shut them up and then lets them go off to the toy section which i still think they are too young to do. just couple months ago they got anxious when they couldn't find her and ended up having an employee page her. but it's difficult to tell people what to do w/ their own kids. i don't even let them go off in the library when i take them by myself except to the bathroom. they have to be near me at all times.
anyway after breaking away from her several times to get my stuff (one time she asked me where i'd disappeared to. seriously, i'm not your personal shopper and walk you around the store showing you all the deals.) she was done and wanted to leave but i wanted to check on the bertolli sauce. didn't realize it wasn't on tpc at my store cuz by then i was
but if i'd realized they were not on tpc, i wouldn't have bought them since i was going straight to another target. where they were 1.92
guess it was a lesson learned that i cannot let other people distract me and i should have gone w/ my first instinct to just do clearance and do deals another time. i know it wasn't much money, but i go shopping w/ her all the time and i can't have helping her do the deals make me all wacko and screw up my own deals.
sorry, i ranted over .74! i guess b/c i know i'm headed into more of the same tomorrow. will be staying over at sil's second home wed-fri which means going to superwalmart every day
I finally left it up to my SIL to use the Qs I send her and not fret about it. If she gets the deals great. If not, at least I told her about it.

thank goodness, my supermarket doubles 4 like q's up to .99 every day. i did kmart doubles once and never again.
finish quantum is till 3/12. i just ranted about it. 3 q's per computer. gonna print more at sil's house. actually i plan on printing a lot of stuff at sil's house since there will be at least 3-4 computers there. i will be busy!
