Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

So, I hope it catches on !

So pop a beer and pull up a chair and relax !

I have a question on resolution on the netbook. I'm not on it now but I downloaded my toontown game on it and the picture seems stretched out. If i minimize it looks okay but don't like to play without full screen should I change the netbooks resolution? I wish I knew more about this stuff.

I had no toy to put catnip in, so I took an old nylon stocking, put a pinch of catnip in the toe, knotted and cut it off. My munchkin Sommy thought it was the best toy he ever had!!

Hi jules, she won the Car on the Ford Focus Rally America contest that we were following here on SD for the last 5 or 6 weeks. We did post it here several times when it started way back when.

My mother-in-law planted catnip bout 7 years ago and cant get rid of it every spring I go dig up a bunch for my friends babies.be very careful where you plant it ,it is and DOES grow like a weed! My Bug prefers his nip dried but will occasionally stoop to eating the plant fresh.

Where does your mother-in-law live? Is it a perrenial? If I plant some outside (rental property with lots of growing room) will it come back up each year like my rhubarb? WI
Or should I just grow it inside?

I grow some outside and towards fall bring a pot in for winter, but like I said bug prefers dried so most years I pull it up and hang it till dry(hang well out of cats reach or close door to room its hanging in.

Yoooooo Hoooooo!! Got my catnip seeds in the mail today!! Anyone know if I should use a specific kind of soil? Thanks Trin1201, I will rep you when I find you!
I'd use a 'light' soil or a seed starter soil like Redi Earth. Good to start in a small container. Check instructions for how deep to plant. If small container, watch watering - may need to water more often but don't over water. Keep moderately moist. Don't want to rot out the seeds.
