Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

Ok. The screen shot problem with window$ $tarter is solved. use the old windows commands,
By design, as it has always been with every version of Window$, pressing the PrtScn key copies the entire display, including the Desktop Wallpaper, to the clipboard (iow, into RAM). Pressing ALT+Prt Scn copies only the active Window to the clipboard. To view the screen capture, open a graphics program, such as MS Paint, and press CTRL+ V. This will paste the contents of the clipboard (your screenshot) into the open file, and allow you to view it or save it as a file for later use. Smilie

You could try copying the snipping tool application from the windows/system32 folder on a non-starter edition windows 7 machine and copy it to the netbook on a flash drive. It is only 421KB. I don't know if it would work, but it's easy to try.

just got off the phone with microsoft support - windows 7 starter does not include snipping tool so syngal must have upgraded her edition of windows since she reports she has snipping........ your right just do the old way.....

My DH just helped me download my video for Team Marlboro...my family all hope I get selected....does that mean they're trying to get rid of me?!?LMAO

I'm still wondering how many people on here actually entered...it would be interesting to know who did and then those who finally get selected....where is mellowcat with a spreadsheet when you need him!?bounce

Good Luck!! Is the team marlboro tab still on your page since you submitted video and essay? I entered, but whether it was received, who knows? I have had some issues with it!!
