Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

I have the Rope Slinger game down pat at this point, and can complete all 6 rounds in under 5 minutes... if anyone really needs help, please let me know!

Good Morning All, I just cfompleted it. Took me 45 minutes and I can't feel my left hand, Left fore arm hurts, I think it gave me corpal tunnel ( spellcheck) Haha. Hints would be helpful. Thanks

I'd love a tip or two in case I am doing anything wrong. I did great on the first couple rounds but run into problem trying to get the moving steers. I've tried it on two computers, but I think either my computer is too slow, or my mouse is too laggy, but I cannot get the game to recognize the click fast enough. I'll have the power up pressing j and l, but when I click, it either doesn't do anything or will take 3 seconds to toss the rope. By this time, the steer is gone and close to off the screen. I can't imagine why this would be happening -- my better laptop is dual core and has 4GB of RAM, so I think there is something buggy with their flash.

I may have to just settle with the bandanna.

Hmm... yeah, that sounds like it might be an issue with the flash on that particular computer. I don't think I've had that happen yet.

Just to confirm... you can have the entire circle pretty much anywhere on the moving steer, and as long as your speed (J+L toggle) is decent you should be good... the MOST important thing is to wait to click your mouse until the little white dot is inside the "hit zone" at the top of the circle!

Thanks -- I think it does have to do with the flash. I finally just beat level 3, but I realized it was taking me so long because it took me 4-5 seconds to reset between throws. When I did beat it, round 3 only took me 18 seconds.

One thing you can do if the game seems "stuck"... press the Restart Round button, BUT then hit the No, Keep Playing button after that. It should kind of "reset" your cowboy and he'll be ready to throw again right away.
