Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

apparently so but it amazes me that my friend was charged and convicted on a strangers say so, his own tape showed nothing and the cop didn't even see any driving. My friend wouldn't have refused the breathalizer had he known a few years ago the blood test was not an option as when they blew him in lock up, he blew well below. Now he has a year of restricted license. Life goes on I guess.

Alway pled not guilty. They have to prove you guilty and if the cop doesnt show up to testify tell the judge you're ready to procede and if the prosecutor isnt they have to throw it out

He says he got an email too. I didnt win for a while but at the end of the contest we both won. We will see if they show up in the mail. Can always hope

hired an expensive attorney who said he was burned because when cop knocked on door and asked for him, he went outside, then when asked if drinking we said yes, casual with dinner and even offered the receipt (to show not enough for even close to the limit).
