Hi all,
I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.
Everyone is welcome!
I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.
This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.
So, I hope it catches on !

"A man accused of smashing through the window of a Loop Walgreen's store to steal cigarettes was arrested early Monday after a nearby off-duty police officer saw and chased after him.
Robert Hilson, 40, was charged with felony burglary after allegedly breaking through the glass window of the store at Clark and Monroe streets about 12:38 a.m. Monday, Central District Capt. Al Nagode said.
He allegedly put several cartons of cigarettes from the store in a bag and was leaving through the broken window when off-duty Officer David Salgado saw him, Nagode said. Salgado, who normally works as a Harrison Area gang-enforcement officer, caught up with Hilson after a brief foot chase and held him until on-duty officers arrived, the captain said."
For those of you who aren't aware, the Loop is downtown Chicago. Poor guy must really have been desperate for a smoke!
Unless you seriously damaged the nail bed, it will grow back. I had ingrown nails so bad (bloody socks from time to time) when I was a teen that a doc used a scalpel to remove the edges back to the nailbed. Damn things grew back. A later doc used a laser to "kill the nail bed". It didn't, not fully. So I just get in there from time to time with an X-Acto or Leatherman and needlenose pliers, as I'm tired of docs that can do no better than I can.
