Same with my mom... 7 kids, 1 bathroom. Not sure how old she was when they moved to that house... in the house she was born in, they had no bathrooms. They had an outhouse.

My dad's got you both beat. 11 kids no bathroom and no central heat. For that matter no electricity upstairs at all. They finally got a bathroom in the late 60's when the outhouse burned down.

This really made me laugh out loud as I started thinking about kids today and how they 'suffer' without their electronic gadgets, etc. What has happened to our society?!

BTW the doc is going to induce 3 weeks early b/c I have cholestasis again (major liver problems). If they don't take the baby early I could have serious problems and worse yet the complications to the baby could be fatal. Sadwalk

This is one of the reasons DH would be a dead man if I get pregnant again.

Apparently my income has risen to just about assistance level...I have no idea where they're getting this idea because I'm not seeing any more money
