One of the other forums I go to has one of these threads and I've been turned on to some good movies that other regulars just watched. I was kind of surprised not to see a similar thread here (at least not that I could find.) Big Grin

I just rewatched "Kinamand" - a cute drama about a Danish plumber who gets involved in an arranged marriage with a Chinese illegal. Good stuff (Netflix instant.)

So what have you folks watched recently?

I will admit that I watch all sorts of crappy movies. I own over 700 DVDs, and probably 75% of them are total crap! But I heart them.

"Still Bill" - A loose biography about soul musician Bill Withers. It was kind of slow and will probably bore most folks - but I liked it (I've been an admirer of him as a person for a while - I'd love to meet the man someday.)

"The Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia" - Documentary that follows a completely messed up family of the trashiest rednecks you could imagine. It was done by Johnny Knoxville's production company. It was like watching a trainwreck - I couldn't look away.

i don't care for Kiera Knightley, but it's got a decent rating - this should be interesting nod

Hey that's a collection. I own about 50+ but I've watched way too many to count. I get my dvd's from the library and sometimes blockbuster when I have a coupon and I'm like, "Seen it, hate it, love it, gonna buy it."

Still got to watch "Frozen" and rewatch "Inception"

Holy crap batman? Faint my organization is, older dvd's under the prejudice Toshiba dvd player (it doesn't play Sony dvds) new dvds are scattered on both table and coffee table. The 99c horror dvd's and adult entertainment are in the bedroom and library dvd's are on the floor. No tv one's or blu-ray's as of yet.

Jmegirl worship DVD queen.

Oh I'm going to buy "Red" on Sunday for $9.99 dvd at Best Buy because it comes with a free movie ticket for $12 for some driving movie. Gonna take the pass, hit up Regal, get the bonus points and $1 popcorn on Tuesday. Wink
