I think I felt one of Terra's puppies kick last night....there was a little twitch and then it was gone! Another week or so and there wont be very much room left in that belly and I will be able to feel them for sure, but last night could have been the first kick!!

I don't even know where to begin. It's been a rough couple days, that ended tonight when I got the mail. I got the most amazing envelope from Rach (and ALL of you!!!) with some goodies and a list of everyone's gifts. I feel speechless (doesn't happen often, as you all know) and so humbled by your generosity and love. Even dh is completely baffled. I had ordered a bunch of dipes trying to stock up, and they were all coming at the same time as the ones many of you sent. I had no idea so many of the dipes were coming from you guys, as I kinda lost track of my orders.

I kept reading the note over and over and just couldn't wrap my head around your generosity. There is a big gift on my list that Rach sent that hasn't arrived yet, and dh is still convinced that it must be a typo, since it's something that we have talked about buying so many times with baby #1 and #2 but just couldn't justify the expense. It all still seems way, way, WAY too good to be true. I know I'm blubbering, but thanks for bearing with me, I am just so touched by you all.

I don't think I got more than a couple hours of sleep last night, taught a crazy day today, dh was gone all afternoon at a meeting, and then we're frantically cleaning up since my parents are coming this week and I have parent teacher conferences in the evenings. I did too much and am paying for it. And then I got the mail... I just love you all so much. You're much better friends than I could ever hope for and will ever deserve. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Day number 2 for Spring Break. Yesterday DS went to a museum and nature area, today another museum and a fossil area. He was beat last night, so I am hoping for another sleepy night for him tonight!

Welll....not really. Not for what you get. By most people's standards $18 is a deal. They would pay that for a book in the bookstore (or used to before Kindle lol) and it's not even personalized and about them!

jd may be like me, in that now that I've learned the SD way, I'm too cheap. I want a slick deal on EVERYTHING.

Aww baby doll, so much! The ironic thing, is I do not think of myself as a sweetheart. I see myself as a bitch (you can ask Rach, we had a whole discussion about this! LOL) so I happy to hear that not everyone sees me that way! ♥

OMG, can I tell you all how much I freaking LOVE you?!! I am crying my eyes out right now, I feel so loved! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU from the bottom of my rotund-bellied heart for the wonderful and thoughtful baby shower presents. I think of you as my bestest friends, and it's you guys I can tell anything to and know you will understand. I am overwhelmed at your generosity, and dh is speechless and a little teary-eyed (don't tell him I told you) that we have such amazing and generous friends.

Thank you to my beautiful Rachael for organizing this, and for all of you who took the time, energy, hard-earned money, and love to celebrate the birth of my miracle girl. I am so, so very excited to use my gift to help pay for Madeleine's new PINK baby carrier! I am counting down the minutes until I can sneak away and order it today, I am so excited about it!

As soon as things settle down here, I am going to pen personal thank you notes of appreciation. I am so incredibly thankful to you all. These diapers, wipes, and other amazing goodies are the best gifts an expecting momma could ever hope to receive- this online shower is better than my "real" baby shower we had when we were expecting our first baby girl! And we never had one for the boys, so this is the best, most-memorable baby shower I've ever had, and it was thrown by my best friends! I love you all, and please know how much you have touched this blubbering, hormonal, sleep-deprived, deliriously happy momma. I would do anything for any of you, I hope you know that, because I mean it from the bottom of my heart. Love you all so much!

Yep, Alabama now has connections with several online places and can check by shipping address on whether or not you paid state tax on the item. If you don't volunteer the info on your state income tax, they slap you with everything they have that you bought out of state and charge you for it. Even if you PAID another states tax, the state is thinking about making you still pay AL state tax too. There's a worksheet about the state tax for online and out of state purchases in our state income tax forms.

Needless to say, I'm a cash only girl in TN now. (Sucks to live 4 miles from the border and have this rule).

I got my envelope from Rachael today with some extra goodies. Thank you guys so much! It has been too much! Thank you Rachael for putting all this together. I am sure it was alot of work. I can't wait to sit down and go through it all and give proper thanks to everyone. This has been better than my shower with my DD!
