Yea, I sorta got stuck with the yearbook again. It is such a long story.... been a thorn in my side since the beginning of the school year. But it isnt' look too bad for finishing Monday. The girl that was supposed to be in charge is still helping but I am doing way more than her and it was supposed to be the other way around.

Gosh, I miss you guys and all the fun sharing that this thread is... I am sure those few emails that SD sends me don't really keep me up on everything but I know I don't want to drink the SF Chat water cuz I got 3 pretty much grown boys and don't need to be starting over. I know some due dates are coming up soon. Who is first? Ariel? And weddings and puppies and JD thinking about bikinis or bikinis falling off and Kootz going on another vacay.... sigh.... did I say I missed you guys??? Well, I would love to have time to read back but gotta get back to the yearbook, night owl that I am, I am looking at probably 2 more hours of work before I sleep.

Thanks guys for the encouragement. It won't be a big fancy affair but that wouldn't be them to plan enough in advance. I had to explain to DS that we couldn't do certain things with an open house. (like have a dance

and other things) Will be ok though. I tried really hard to go with their wishes and give ideas. The ultimate decisions were theirs.

Good morning and Good night All...

Heading out to Vegas late morning for a few days.

Trip will be bittersweet...

Hubby is worried about the pups (they have been fine) and all the stuff he has to do to get ready for the following weekend bike thingy. Too bad

I have not mentioned but mom is in a decline again.
For the last week she is barely eating and has been in what looks like pain. We can't figure it out but she MIGHT be giving up.

They have her on heavy morphine and last two days she seems comfortable again.

She is once again looking and talking to her favorite spot on the ceiling. I hope for her sake they let her through the window this time.

I had to go in today, which I was anyway, to sign some papers to make sure the nurses do not supplement her feeding especially while I am away.

It was hard to sign but I had to especially since this morn when my girlfriend went in to feed mom, mom refused. My friend tried again and clear as a bell my mom said no...The nurse heard it also so I am abiding by her wishes. It doesn't make it any easier.

Time will tell but everyone said to go away and she'll be here when I get back...I hope so

Tired already here in crazy Vegas. The time change does crazy things.

We stayed up til 3:30am our time this morn in order to get our bodies ready.

Had a quiet morn, DH wanted to see the Titanic Ex so we did that. Now chilling in the hotel with wine and Country Strong until dinner this eve. My sis had given us a generous gc for The Palm when my nephew came to visit and we'll be eating good this eve.

Is it nuts that I was thinking about JD last evening? We were walking the strip and all the ladies were handing out their tata cards. I need to collect them for our Pimp...lol
