Well I am back from the Dr. The appt was extra long bc my BP was really high and they wanted to make sure it would come down. I was finally able to leave and then I went to do the labs he ordered. Whew! For a bit there, I thought I was gonna have to call Rach and tell her I was having Lily early! If my BP hadn't come down, they were talking about doing the C section today! EEK!

I was able to make it to RA and used all my Ups! I was 2 cents short from using my last one, so I paid for the guys behind me order. It was just one packet of seeds, but he was soo shocked! He tried to pay for them again and then when the cashier explained that I already paid for them, he thanked me over and over again. It was cute. Funny bc the seeds were only $1.09, not like $10 or anything! laugh out loud

The girls have an appt to get their hair cut today. We are gonna have to leave soon so that we can get that done! YAY another thing should be checked off the list!

I called our company and told them about everyones colds so they would have the option of not coming, or at least be warned about my contaminated house. laugh out loud They chose to not come, but I already started dinner a while ago, so that is another thing I can check off the list!

I started on the hat for Alexa's friend, but I hate the yarn I am using, so I may have to hold off and get another kind! Since our company is not coming over, I can work on the Thank Yous and girls gifts tonight! Big Grin

So we are back from the hair cuts. I almost cried from Sophia's hair cut! Seriously tears in my eyes! They cut off a lot more than I thought they would. I mean she still looks cute, but it was hard on me! Her hair was down below her bottom before and now it is just below her shoulders! EEK! OMG She ADORES it, so that is good, but I am having a hard time with it! Frown

Thanks hun, we will just stick to build a bear I think. There is supposed to be a $10 off $30 q in the paper this weekend, so that should help! I just need to buy a second paper to make sure to get a better bang for our buck. J is pretty set on taking them to BAB, which is cute, so I will just try not to think to much about the costs. laugh out loud Afterall, its not everyday they have a baby sister being born. wave Howdy!! I haven't been posting in awhile, but I try to read a few pages everyday, puppies are keeping me busy....they are 3 weeks now, so cute...starting to stay up for 10 minutes after nursing, so we get to play and cuddle with them....its fun!

I hope so too! Alexa is worse, Soph is better and J says he woke up feeling like crap! OMG I told him he NEEDS to go to work on Monday. NEEDS TO!!!

Yep it was hard and its sooo damn short now. Plus all her beautiful spiral curls got cut off. I am still not 'over it' but I am getting there.

So last night I worked on Thank You cards more laugh out loud I did almost all of them now, I just have a few more to go and they are all from my in person baby shower. I still have to address a whole bunch of envies for announcements, but I am planning to work on that today. I hope you all are able to read my writing when you get your cards. As some of you know, I have pretty bad penmanship Embarrassment which is why I spaced these cards out, bc the longer I write for, the worse it gets. Anyways, if you get your card and can't read it, please don't be shy and write me on here and I will interpret it for you! laugh out loud

Last night I also re-packed my hospital bags. My dr wants me to bring my own medicine bottles and he said he will write an order for "may use own meds." He was doing this bc some of the meds I take won't be on the formulary at the hospital, so they won't have them. I like this bc I think it will save me some money laugh out loud Who knows though, they may figure out a way to still charge me for it all! Annoyed So anyways, the meds are now all packed. I need to go get some Prevacid bc the bottles I have all 'expired' in March of this year, but I have been known to use meds well after the exp date. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) I know the hospital won't like that. Fortunately I have a MQ and TQ I plan to use today on the small bottle. Evil

This morning I did the girls awards. I think they came out pretty cute. When I opened them, I saw that on the back there was a small envelop attached and it has a small blank note card in it. On each note card I wrote:
To: (girls name) From: Lily I am so glad to finally be able to meet you!
Anyways I will attach a pic of the awards so you all can see what I was talking about. Smilie

I mowed the back yard for an hour this morning and have another hour of push mowing to do for the front later in the afternoon, so it's not like I can go anywhere with stinky, sweaty mowing clothes on.

It's official. We hit 60 degrees for the first time in months (feels like years!). I am SO ready for spring to be here for real. Did an Easter egg hunt with a few neighbor kids and had a blast. They were all so adorable and we just loved that we could be outside without sweaters for the first time since fall. The babe is sick with a cold, but if she can just get a nap in, I think we can try to squeeze a few more Easter fun things into our weekend.
