Sweepstake runs from 9:00am (MST) on Sun, May 15, 2011 through Mon. October 31, 2011 at 5:00 pm MST.
** Note - Entry form states: NY and FL entry does not begin until 05/15/2011. Per Official Rules sweepstakes starts on 05/15/11. **
Sweepstakes open to all current legal US residents, 21 years and older as of Sun, May 15, 2011.
To enter without purchase or obligation, complete entry form on the Enerpulse, Inc Pulstar Pulse Plug Web Site (www.Pulstar.com/HarleyPromo).
Entries limited to one (1) per person.
On or about Tue, November 15, 2011, a random drawing, from all eligible entries received will be conducted by an independent party. Entrants need not be present to win. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded.
One (1) Prize to consist of a Harley Davidson Sportster Motorcycle. (No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfers of prize permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.) Winner will take possession at a local Advance Auto Parts store or will be shipped to a US address at Discretion of the Sponsor. Exact dates are at the discretion of Sponsor. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Winner only will be notified by certified mail and will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, which must be returned within seven (7) days after prize notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If prize notification letter is returned undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing. Any unclaimed or undeliverable prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
