Prizes:
The "Sweepstakes Grand Prize" is
a trip for four, the Sweepstakes Winner and three of his/her guests (the "Guests"), to
any "National Park" located within the 50 United States only (excluding American
Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands) selected
by the Sweepstakes Winner. The Sweepstakes Winner and his/her Guest will receive
an eight (8) day/seven (7) night trip to the selected National Park. The Sweepstakes
Grand Prize will include: roundtrip coach-class air transportation for Sweepstakes
Winner and his/her Guests from a gateway airport closest to Sweepstakes Winner's
home (selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a gateway airport closest to the
National Park (selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion); seven (7) nights hotel
accommodations (two rooms, double occupancy) in a hotel to be determined in the
Sponsor's sole discretion in or near the National Park, ground transportation to and
from the airport to the hotel, a picnic basket that contains $200 Dollar My Choice Gift
Card, and a check made payable to the Sweepstakes Winner in the amount of $5,500
for spending money during the trip. If the Sweepstakes Winner lives within 250 miles of
the selected National Park, then the Sponsor may elect to provide the Sweepstakes
Winner and/or the Guests with ground transportation to the hotel at Sponsor's sole
discretion and no compensation or substitution will be provided for any difference in
prize value. The Sweepstakes Winner and the Guests must be able to complete the trip
on or before 6/30/12…The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize is $24,185.
The Instant Win Game Prize is a $25 My Choice Gift Card ("Gift
Card"). No more than one thousand (1,000) Game Prizes will be awarded during the
entire Promotion Period.
You may only win one (1) Game Prize throughout the Promotion Period; however, a
winner of a Game Prize is eligible to win the Sweepstakes Grand Prize.
