when the baseball calendar aligns correctly, dh will plan a trip to see the minnesota twins. that will take at least 4.5 hours. an hour b4 the game starts to walk around the whole stadium and take pictures and walk around the concourse and decide what overpriced local specialties we want to try. about 3.5 hours or so for the game. unless they go into extra innings like they did in st louis last yr. after 20 innings i couldn't believe how many kids were still around to run the bases after the game. i think that game started around 4pm and ended around 10pm. i remember eating dinner at the houlihan's by our hotel around 11:30pm.
oh yeah, there was a very nice target on the other side of the commercial development where the hotel was. i got some c9 hangtags and 3 reusable bags from earth day partially by using some free coupon for some bottled drink. is target doing earth day again this yr? isn't that very soon?
when we go, we will probably spend about a wk in the area seeing all the AAA gems. basically no shopping now that the airlines charge for luggage. we shared a suitcase for the first time going down to fl 2 wks ago.
my shopping consisted mostly of pulling blinkies at publix a couple times. bought some pears b/c i'm not that fond of apples and bananas, esp for 7 days straight. we always buy bottled water for our vacays. stupy dh didn't want to buy the case so we bought 2 6 packs at publix and then had to buy another 6 pack at walgreens that cost more than the first 2 six packs. but just one water or soda at the ballpark would have been more expensive than the six pack at walgreens so it was still a better deal.

yeah, i need to go be constructive too. nice and sunny today so no excuses other than i was up late last nite as usual. and go make lunch. which will be whole wheat pita pizzas. dh doesn't really like tomatoes and we are going to have it twice today

at Publix Kraft cheese is 3 for $5 so those $1 off Touch of Philly Kraft cheese toupons are da bomb but someone cleared the blinkie machine at our store. I happened to find two that had fallen between a shelf tag and the block cheese so .66 AC. The mozzarella with Philly is

I have a bunch of mustard too but we go through a lot of it. I got a lot of it at Target when they had that double pack where you got the honey mustard free with regular yellow and the coupon(s) available at the time made it ~ $0.25 or so. And then I had some from before that was just yellow mustard but it completely free.
