I agree. I had intended to get her cake, but DH called me on the way home and said "go home now..." Silly man. Paranoid about some silly old tornadoes...

You don't need to sneak out to get cake. Simply put the ingredients in a bowl, put them out on the porch..the tornado will do the mixing..when it's over just pop it in the oven.

She's 'our' baby. Sheesh..do I gotta teach ya everything?!

And yes, she's getting way too big too fast. Frown I can't believe she is 8 mos!! And the last 3 weeks with the cast flew by. I can't believe it.

ETA:

My oldest found a cake mix so we are making that. Smilie Not sure what to do about frosting, but I guess it wouldn't be completely tragic if we don't get frosting, eh?

And I think I started something with my toddler Hide She is asking for a spoon with peanut butter on it... laugh out loud

Baby is a strong nurser and doing great - looks a lot like DD#2!

Ariel has a post-partum hemorrhage that they tried giving her medicine for before delivery but not sure if it worked or not since she is bleeding heavily. Keep her in your thoughts and prayers - right now she is resting and taking it easy heart

I hemmoraghed after the birth of my second, twice. Once immediately after delivery and once 3 weeks postpartum. VERY scary.
